So it is an internet connection problem....Just used my phone as a hotspot and the game ran fine with no stutter. Not sure what the problem is when it only happens when the fan speed ramps up.

When i start to lag my temps are: GPU 69 C CPU 56 C I do not think it is a temperature issue here...

Thats what i have been thinking, but the thing is it only happens online. So for example i tried playing bioshock infinite just to see if it was a computer problem but the game ran just fine. Ill try cleaning it out (long overdue) and see if it helps. Also literally signed up just for this question and didnt even think i would get a response. Thanks so much!!

I have just started having a problem with my pc where when only playing online i get stutter lag. I have good ping, low jitter and 0 packet loss. The weirdest part is that the lag only starts when my pc fans increase speed. The thing is that i can run any game fine offline and this lag only happens online and it starts exactly when the fans increase. I have zero lag issues in the first minute or so of online game play and then it lags. When I alt+tab out and then back in it is fine for another few seconds. I am very confused because the pc performance is not the issue with this but all the symptoms kind of suggest it is. I can run even the heaviest of the new games fine so it is for sure a online problem only. I am using wireless connection. If anyone has an suggestions let me know.
