I'm going to build my first pc. I want it to be good quality, not super high end, but not budget. I'm getting a job this summer. I'm going to be using this for basic 1080p gaming on high settings with current games, recording, editing and rendering videos. (and possibly livestreaming in the future) I was doing a skylake build but people said it wasnt the best for rendering and it wasnt good with windows 7. I'll go ahead and put the parts list.

So i asked on a couple other forums and since i want to get windows 7 and i want to render someone suggested a haswell build instead. I tweaked my list and here is the fully revised one. Maybe in the future ill get a 970 or a 980 but im not doing 4k or VR so ill be fine. Is this setup practical? Am i forgetting anything? Any suggestions on how i can improve this list for what i intend to use it for. Thanks!
