Do you have access to another video card you can use to test? I can be wrong, but I notice in the ebay listing you added that this card has a VGA port, and is label as an GTX 1050Ti, I don't think the 1050 has a VGA port, it may be a fake card, and then it could be very likely that is broken.

A long time ago we had something like a picture frame that would go in front of the monitor screen, this frame had many infrared beams on the sides, so when you touched the screen your finger would block the beams and the PC could calculate where was your finger touching, it wasn't extremely precise but it was functional for icon sized buttons in the screen.

How about just using an extention serial cable and keep the end near the front?

I found this in that motherboard manual: " 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)* The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with the M2P_32G connector. The PCIEX4 slot operates at up to x2 mode when a PCIe SSD is installed in the M2P_32G connector. " I think the 3090 is running at PCIEX4 speeds, and using up the PCI lines needed for the 2nd NVME connnector (M2P_32G), try to move your drive to the first NVME slot (M2A_32G)

If the issue is the UEFI protection not letting you enter the bios you can enter by holding SHIFT as you click on restart at the windows menu, it should take you to the help screen where you can go to fix problems and it should show the option to enter to the firmware menu, it should go into the bios after finishing rebooting. I think with windows 10 you can only enter the bios after a reset, shutting down doesnt allow you to go in the bios.

I just had a problem like this, after an update windows decided to try booting from the second drive no matter how I configured it on the bios, I unplugged the sata drives and only left the M.2, and it started working fine again.

I would first try to input the 2667 values manually to see if the system recognizes that.

The 2 XMP profiles listed in your image say 2800 and 3000 Mhz, but your Ryzen 3 1200 CPU only supports up to 2667 Mhz. is possible that is falling back to the highest supported speed, since it can not go up to the XMP 2800 speed listed.,

I just bought the H510, and took some pics of how I took out the fan mount. First you loosen up the 2 screws: Next you lean the fan mount towards the back of the case: Now just need to pull it out, careful with the 3 small hooks at the bottom: Each of the 3 small arcs at the bottom have a tiny hook that could be what is giving you troubles to pull it out.

Back on 1987 I build my frist PC from parts that my dad had laying around, it was pretty easy to build the machines back then too. We had less cables to deal with for the PSU, everything was either Molex or the Motherboard connector. The real pain back then was to set the IRQ and DMA addresses right because all cards had different jumper pins you had to move to change the configuration, but the user manuals usually were lost and without internet if the card itself did not had printed how the pins should go, you had to move one and restart then run a program to check what had changed. I remember the first time I installed a sound card took hours to make it work because of that. My mind was blown the time I read about the new Plug&Play feature of win 95, and then the first year the pins on the add on cards got worst because you had to now select between the old configurations and an extra pin to enable Plug&Play with the few systems that did supported that feature.

But doesn't apple sell full components as replacement parts for Apple store repairs? They wont sell individual ICs to fix a broken motherboard, they will sell the whole motherboard. The interesting part is if they will allow 3rd parties to use their DRM programs to make approved part changes, like with the iphone batteries that now require apple's ID numbers of the components to match so they won't show the warning message that the new battery is damaged.
