  1. But doesn't apple sell full components as replacement parts for Apple store repairs? They wont sell individual ICs to fix a broken motherboard, they will sell the whole motherboard. The interesting part is if they will allow 3rd parties to use their DRM programs to make approved part changes, like with the iphone batteries that now require apple's ID numbers of the components to match so they won't show the warning message that the new battery is damaged.
  2. Have you check if the bookmarks are still available in your phone?
  3. Do you have more than 1 hard drive?
  4. What happen after you installed the videocard? There is no way for win 10 to just suddenly boot as win 7. Did you change the boot drive order? Did you made a factory restore on the PC?
  5. I use Acronis true image, because it came free with an external hard drive, and so far it has worked great, an average office PC with mostly word and excel files takes like 20-30 minutes to backup the entire disc into a drive image file, the recovery time is about the same.
  6. I have been using the free version of SyncBack from 2brightsparks to keep a backup of specific folders of a pc in an external drive. It's been working great for several years, but I dont remember if it has an option to delete the files in the source folder after copying them. To use a server as backup unit I guess all you need to do is map the network drive in your system and it should work fine.
  7. I hope this helps: Spray Bomb To paint any object with aerosol spray paint. spraybomb To conceal or obscure an original paintjob by the hasty and often sloppy use of spray paint.
  8. Don't give this guy any more views, he made the video just to get views from fans of Linus.
  9. Is the cable working correctly? Have you tried other cable, have you tried another port in your GPU? You could get a Display port to DVI or HDMI cable.
  10. What type of file is it? Maybe the extension is associated with IE so it runs to open the file.
  11. The 2 white ones on the bottom are DVI ports. Those are to connect a display. And you can use different cables to connect a VGA, DVI or HDMI monitor.
  12. The one on the Right is Firewire. I dont think those can be used as Video ports.
  13. That motherboard is likely to not fit in a standard case, same with the CPU cooler, if you were to replace it then you will need a new motherboard, new case, new CPU cooler. Pretty much the only parts you could use are the CPU, Memory and Hard Drives, everything else need to be replaced.
  14. That CPU is going to bottleneck any video card you put in the system, dont waste money on that and just get the wifi.
