  1. so most of us here are Aussies thats good anyway i'd wait for the 1050 and if you can afford the extra $30-35 get the 6500 instead as it will perform a lot better than the 6400 to come out and if you want parts i'd go to either Umart, Msy, or PCcasegear. they are the cheapest you're gonna find in aus unless you shop on newegg, even then new egg will cost a few $ less after shipping
  2. Yeah this is a killer first pc but imo I don't like the mobo not only is it unable to oc any future upgrades (btw when you have the cash I'd get a 6600K or a 6700K) it is also a micro board and for a first pc you're going to do it do it right
  3. the case had an included 500w but that case and psu would be a lot better anyway
  4. if you have a spear $50 i put this together for you http://pcpartpicker.com/list/fhnjGf
  5. Yeah I'm sure its only a 30-45 Hz and I am mainly leaning towards the monitor. But I'm not sure what to look for but I know that I want atleast a 27" 1440p other than that I know very little about value, branding, price and features
  6. Honestly I'd wait for kirbylake but even then maybe even wait till cannonlake you're not going to see a massive improvement for what you'll have to spend. If you do upgrade you are going to need a new mobo and Ram so basically an entire new system for small gain
  7. Ok so right now I am using a generic 4K TV as a monitor and it's alright but not too great with games I am scaling down to 1440 cause I have a single card atm. So my question is do I get a new card and sli or a new 2 K monitor and if so what would you suggest for $~700aud I mainly just game so I'm maybe thinking g-sync?
  8. okay so i have fixed the issue thanks to you, sorta, i decided to check my boot order and noticed it was trying to boot from my hdd (4tb) for some reason, so i changed the order and bobs your uncle it is now fixed so thanks buddy

  12. okay so i recently got new components , well moore like an entire new system, anyway i am having an issue with booting to windows on start up. When i turn on my pc i boot to the bios and i need to restart, it always happens and i can't figure out why. the only thing i can think of is updating my bios but i am pretty lazy SPECS Mobo: Asus z170 pro gaming CPU: intel i5 6600k GPU: Asus gtx 1070 ROG oc RAM: Crucial 16GB 2300mhz(can't see the banding) SSD1 (c drive): samsungb evo 250 gb SSd 2 : samsung evo 1TB HDD 1: W blue 1TB HDD 2: WD blue 4tb HDD 3 WD blue 1TB PSU cougar 800w gold 80+
  13. well atm i am using my Intel 4600 integrated gpu, i sold my 780ti and ended up spending the money on rent in stead of a new card =*(
  14. maybe you do say maybe alot. things i know for sure NOT the PSU, the one i have in the system is brand new out of the box NOT the vid card brand new out of the box THINGS i am not sure about RAM i have tested older ram (same speed and nothing wrong with it) SSD this is a possibility but doubtful as it is only 6 months old D/ this is the oldest componat in the system, but only stores music and videos
