  1. By "do a restet" you mean putting the battery in place and turning it on again?
  2. Hi everyone I have just built my first PC. I installed the OS (Windows 7 Ultimate), some basic programs and drivers. One of the programs that I installed was Live Update 6 which was part of my motherboard software. After some time i rebooted my PC and Live Update found new updates for my software. One of the updates on the list was new version of BIOS. At first I wasn't sure if I should update it but as it was suggested by a program from a disc that came with the motherboard I decided to do it. It started updating all the software but after updating the BIOS the computer rebooted and after turning on again there was no signal on the monitor, mouse and keyboard weren't working and CPU debug LED was lit. I tried clearing the CMOS but it had no effect (I kind of expected that but decided to try it anyway). I have no idea what should I do now CPU: i5-6600k Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming Pro
  3. I changed the the OS support in BIOS to Windows 7 only and it started working properly Thanks everyone for all the replies
  4. It was working just fine on my old computer with Windows 7
  5. I don't have one unfortunately but I use my USB mouses with a PS/2 adapter but it is still not working. I would have no problem with installing the drivers using tab and arrows but using those keys has no effect on the installer.
  6. I tried all the USB and it had no effect. The keyboard port is a PS/2 port so I can't plug any of my mouses there directly. I tried using the USB to PS/2 adapter but it still gave no results.
  7. Hi everyone Today I've installed Windows 7 on my first PC build. Everything seems to be working fine except the mouse that doesn't even light up. It is kind of weird because when I enter BIOS everything is working properly. I tried installing motherboard drivers but I am unable to hover over the install button using only keyboard (nothing happens when clicking tab and arrows). Does anybody know a solution to this problem?
