Msi put their warrenty sticker on the screws. If you want to take the cooler off, use pliers to take the screws off without damaging the sticker, problem solved about warrenty.

Dude you gonna replace your psu then go all the way and get a good one. psu's usually last many many years and my first ever psu is 8 years and going, so dont cheap out here.

you need to understand, having 1 fan running at 700rpm vs running 3 fan of the same speed will produce near identical noise level. either go full passive or dont bother.

Did you check you display setting after boot and turn on 144hz? it might be set to 60hz as default.

Any of the sound card you picked will do just fine so dont bother with the dac. anyone going for a dac are those aiming for studio level sound or enthusiests, which i highly doubt you are. -
This totally depends on your motherboards io. when i built my first computer, i cheaped out on it and the sound was so bad, crackling sound all day. got a sound card and wala all good. Really wish i didnt cheap out on the motherboard though.

just go grab a pack of corsair fans. They are cheap and decent, though they are quite loud compared to something like noctua and other top end brands.

Ouch, you got hit with BenQ's quality control. I'm not being mean to their brand, but I've seen 3 monitors from this company in real life and every one of them had issues in some way.

meh the noctua fan you chose isnt that great, shoulda went with the nf-p12 model. Thats the best all rounder fan noctua offers.

let me give you a piece of advice, ignore the static pressure gimmick and stay away from industrial fans if you care about your acoustics. and the nf-f12 is the worst noctua fan i have ever laid my hands, horrible air push and as loud as any 15 dollar case fan.

Dude, suck it up and buy a new one. Going through all that hassle of returning and trying over and over again is simply time wasting. Also, newegg doesn't give refunds. Meaning once you buy it, you are stuck going through that process until you get 1 that satisfy you. Tried that and i ain't ever going down that road again.
