120 FPS and 60 FPS sound like frame cap. Test some real games with proper benchmarking programs.

But yeah, this petition is stupid - also does anyone know ANY unofficial petition that ever accomplished anything? I don't recall a single one.
In fact, the only petition i know of that has actually accomplished anything at all was the hatsune miku localisation one, and that was issued by sega themselves.

PS - wasn't sure what else to put in the where to buy links, so I put the XPS 12.

A Powercolor Radeon 3870 was my first gaming oriented part I got for my PC, got it just after launch and had it till like a year/2 years ago, ran awesome but GAWD it was loud. The fan had no PWM control, so it ran at 100% all the time, which being a small like 50/60mm fan was like 3500RPM. -.- I don't have any gaming oriented keyboards/mice/headsets though.
