I think you should go for the SP120 performance because then you can just turn them down to make them the same and the quiet editions but you will still have the option to turn them back up if needed...

I really did like windows 7 and i admit with out classic start menu i don't like windows 8 but with it it's just like using windows 7 with tones more features and better file transfer speeds.
