  1. 2FA is probably the most important thing TBH, since most of the time the only way to get into your account is with physical access to your phone or sim card. Yes, people have bypassed 2FA with scams etc, but I don't think anyone is going to go through all this trouble unless you are Elon Musk or something.

It's not that big of an issue with 256GB, but it's unacceptable on 128GB. Especially when you consider that this phone costs $1000.
  3. The Note20 is very disappointing IMO. The Ultra is impressive, but $1300 for a phone is insane. The regular one is very meh and a bit of a downgrade compared to the Note10. It is a spec upgrade, but no curved screen, 128GB (with no SD slot) vs 256GB (also with no SD), plastic back vs glass back, Gorilla Glass 5 vs Gorilla Glass 6 and it's fucking massive compared to the Note10. Feels more like a successor to the Note10 lite than the Note10 TBH.

I think the sad part is that the original started with 256GB and went downwards.

The major disappointment would be for us getting the Note 20/Note 20 Ultra with a significantly inferior Exynos 990 SoC while you guys in the US, Canada, and South Korea will get the superior Snapdragon 865+. If only Google would sell their Pixel phones to more markets.

@captain_to_fire Oh yeah, that's a big fuck you to anyone not in NA or Korea. The difference between the Exynos 990 and the Snapdragon 865 was already pretty big (especially in battery life), compared to the 865+ the difference is probably even bigger.

  5. Yes, although color accuracy might be pretty important for that too. Not sure, that's personal preference TBH. I'm using that exact setup, 1080/144 primarily for gaming and 1440/60 primarily for browsing/media etc, and I haven't had any issues. The only issue I have heard is that some people have framerate problems if they run GPU accelerated content on the 60Hz while gaming in windowed mode on the 144Hz. If you game in fullscreen that should be a non-issue though.

So, it appears we're choosing between two argua…

On this topic though, I don't think any of them is that racist, but both have said some really fucking dumb shit. The 2-party system isn't doing the US any favors and neither are the media. I don't think I've ever seen more biased media anywhere in the world, it's either, "trump is hitler" or "trump is jesus". lol

That's gonna be a yikes from me dawg. I will never understand why people are so happy about having their rights taken away.

  9. For videos/media and multitasking, 1440p is so much better IMO. For gaming higher refresh rate is always better, but you say that you already have a 144Hz one and I doubt you want to run games on both at the same time. So I would say 1440p/60Hz. -Moved to Displays-
  10. I gotta say, I'm impressed by Dell's customer support. My P2416D was acting weird (image retention and some weird artifacts), so I contacted them and as it turns out I had like 2 weeks of warranty left. I sent them some pictures of the problem and they replaced it with a P2418D within 2 days of contacting them. In my experience, this is the fastest I have ever gotten a replacement for a faulty product.

Logitech wireless is rock solid. I mean half of all pros use G Pro Wirelesss at LANs and I've never heard of anyone having issues.

The Corsair would be fine then. AFAIK, it just has really high LOD, which can be a problem for gaming.

Isn't this the same as the previous one (also, they show as not available for me)? (Ctrl+c, ctrl+v from the other status update) Yeah, I would still go for a G203/Viper Mini instead TBH (at least for gaming). Although, I think this might have a more universal shape since. AFAIK, it's like a slightly larger Zowie S2 which is a pretty popular shape.

  22. Oh, then some good and relatively cheap options are the Gigantus v2 from Razer, the QCK series from Steelseries and the Fury S Pro from Hyperx.

@sub68 Lightsync is the same, but better lights. (And a beautiful white option)
