Hi, So recently I have been having this kind of grey areas pop up for me on my screen. My screen is connected though a HDMI to a laptop with a GTX 1050. These kind of spots typicly start happening as I do not put my cursor on certain areas of the screen for a while. Like the downloads tab on chrome in my example. Someone have a fix, nothing serious but starts to annoy me a little

So I recently reset my PC as I didn't know what was causing me to use up 90% of my disk space when I couldn't find any of my games or folders. No big worries. So I reset the PC and I start the normal stuff. Uninstalling windows apps, installing anti virus software and install chrome instead of edge. But when I first try to open up chrome it just shreds my PC fans into 100%. So I check the task manager and I first see it using 50 different tasks with the same name yet only one tab on the chrome. Then I download avast (anti virus) and the browser it has that includes some add blocking features I like. And same thing happens with this and the app itself. So every app that I download in my user hogs performance and opens more than one tab that it should have. I don't why it is doing this but here is a photo from task manager, Any tips of fix would be gladly accepted PS: I did run a virus check and there isn't any on the PC. This also only happens to programs I deliberately download for my pc like games and such that is not included with the windows install. And I tried to end task everything but it won't budge, neither of the programs

Where I live the difference is like 50$ so I think I will OC. But, should I really do it? I think I will just use the fan that comes with the cpu so overclocking it might now work as well? Just a thought

Thanks for the advice Okay will do. Saving money on things is always a good thing to hear

I am very inexperienced in overclocking so I don't really want to take the risk

I live in Norway so I don't have access to eBay as easily. I have thought of buying used, so yes if possible. I would also look for any sales when buying to get everything for a little less

Hi I am planning on making my own pc build for gaming and 3dmodeling/game development. I have used a laptop for now but it can't handle a scene with more than 100,000 polygons so I need and upgrade. I thought of buying this: CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x Graphis Card: GTX 1070 or 1070 ti (depending on price and sales, a graphics card for about 400$) Motherboard: Gigabyte x470 Arous ultra gaming am4 socket 16gb of ddr4 ram (haven't picked a specific model, I want to get it on sale for a little cheaper) Power suply: Rmx series, Corsair RM750x - 750 watt (fully modular and gold certified) To hold all the components I choose you: Bitfenix Nova midi tower I want the high end ryzen cpu because I want to have fast render times and not 2-6 hours of waiting to see some of the result and see that I fucked up and need a new render. The GPU is choosen to be able to tackle any game I throw at it at at least 60fps at high settings. And the rest is chosen to not bottleneck the rest of the components. I haven't chosen a ssd because I have one laying around because I bought one for my current laptop for expansion but I found out I needed a cable which only acer makes and only gives them out in the US, not EU. But, I am still unsure what cpu I should go for. The 2700x seems to be good but the first gen thread ripper looks very good too (even to the same price) and I am still now sure to go for AMD or INTEL. The price range of the computer should be 1000-1200$ Any advice would be appreciated

Good idea hconvrse02 but then you would need a razer core that costs 500$ alone, or something in that area.

Hi I have a msi gl72 6qf that are very nice but the graphics card are starting to be a bit old (the gtx960m). So i thought to myself "why not upgrade" so i found a guy that sells the gtx 1060 laptop edition and now I need to know if its actully going to work, so I ask you guys on this forums. Do you know if its possible to upgrade (or just upgrade to gtx980m). Please answer if you know the answer, plzz Thanks if so...

So I have been looking into sager for they're low prices for the gtx 1060 in a laptop. And I checked out a pc customized it as I wanted. But then I saw a problem, because I am Norwegian I need a Norwegian keyboard. So do anybody here know if you buy a laptop from sager are can you get a customized keyboard if you fill out where its going?

So I have been looking to buy one of the razor blade 2016 but razor have been having problems delivering so I thought if there was any company like Asus, Msi, Evga or Hp that made the same kind of laptop. If know it won't b perfectly like the razor blade but the same build quality and specs. If you have something similar to that please leave a comment down below.

I think Razer should take notes from other companies like MSI and ASUS. I still think that EVGA just started making gaming laptops and they have already showing a better business plan then Razer. -
