    a. You can't SLI a 780 and 780Ti, unless you make one a PhysX card.
    b. As long as you know you're getting what you paid for, why not.
    c. Coolers don't matter, one can be cooled by liquid nitrogen and the other can be cooled by a reference cooler and it'd make no difference, SLI doesn't care about coolers.

I would not use the noise adapters because there is a built in fan controller in the R4 that controls up to 3 fans at 5v, 7v, and 12v. I would just hook it up to them and leave it at 7v and even the stock fans that come with the R4 are barely audible.

And for LEDs I would just get LED strips instead because to me LED fans look very gimmicky.

Xigmatek do some good 140mm fans. They are blue blades and have 4 white leds, they look good.

a - I believe the Noctua come with their own LNA adapters to reduce speed - I would use those if you find the stock to noisy...

b - The Bitfenix Spectre Pro LED fans are good quality fans, and have a really good LED effect to them...

for the back you may want to try bitfenix spectre pro's maybe, but noctua will probably still be your best bet, they make great fans IMO.  I'll be running like 10+ noctua's once I finish my watercooling setup.

Try the a14 without the LNA first, if it's to loud then use the LNA.

NO just NO you didn't learn anything from my topic did you :P

Get the NF-S12A , Best case fan ever made IMO it's completely SILENT and moves a ton of air ( only for case fan operations it's not good for heatsink/radiators)

There is no reason to get a non-K prossecor and a Z87 board. Either get the the 4770K (or 4670k if it's a gaming build) or scale back the motherboard to a cheaper chipset. Maybe used the money sabeed to buy a better graphicscard. Other then that it looks OK.

What's wrong with these kids ? Disliking a video just because Linus isn't in it ? Hello ! It's called NCIX Tech Tips, not Linus NCIX Tech Tips...

Seriously, when i think about the large audience that Linus managed to get, it seems that a good majority of them are immature kids willing to do their best in order to hate on every new guy/concept.

I know i'm going to get bashed after publishing this topic, i don't know about you but the video was good and there was nothing wrong about it compared to others already done on the channel.

A.) A 240MM radiator with standard 25MM fans SHOULD fit as long as it's a standard thin radiator.  Personally, The H100I has been having a high failure rate (Around 5%), so I'd recommend an H100 or an H220 from Swiftech or Water 3.0 from thermaltake.

B.) 2 770's can run safely on a 750W seasonic PSU, unless you're getting ones with dual 8 pin connectors like the Lightning edition.  As they can pull about 300W each (max theoretical is 375W).

Asrock is worse than Asus or MSI or Gigabyte. Grab the MS Mpower or Z87-G45 / Z87-GD65 as suggested before.

and as to GPU you need to think what's more important, gaming (GTX 780) or OpenCL (much faster in OpenCL apps is 7970). GTX 780 has CUDA support though.

Yes, a H100i should fit in the top of a R4
Yes, 850W is a bit of an overkill. If you could get a 600W Seasonic it would be perfect.

Also what are you planning to do with the system?

Photoshop uses OpenCL so the 7970 has wonderful performance/price here.

I believe you will only need this.

An i5 is enough, for gaming he i7 and i5 have the same performance, and the i7 is more recommended for Video editing, and for Photoshop I believe the i5 is enough.
The MSI MPower is recommended for extreme overclockers, the Gaming series is what you need.
Samsung Pro have more write speeds, but with you described you won't use programs that will need lots of write speeds, so the non-pro is perfect for you.
I chose XFX PSU because is cheap and has good recommendations, is not like the Seasonic quality, but close, and a 550w Seasonic 80+ Gold is the same price as a 850x XFX 80+ gold.

And with that economy I've made on that plan rig, I managed to put the GTX 780 and a mechanical hard drive.
