Wrong. Go 7970, OC it a bit and you have little monster in your hands.

It will be as effective as using hot water. The alcohol is to break down the componds and oils. The Hydrogen Peroxide should not hurt anything though.

Stock coolers are just loud. I had to change my CPU cooler sooner rather than later, only becasue I got sick off having my own private airport in my room.

Its amazing! I have one and I recommend it! Very good cooling and very quiet! Its overclocks great btw, I was just messing around with some clocks the other day, I was very happy.

MSI, ASUS, Sapphire. As log as the clock is reasonable, just go for what you like the look of.
