I have a GTX 970 4GB intel i5 4440 @ 3.1GHz But my Ram is at 4GB while the game recommends 8GB. Will it run? All help appreciated !

I keep getting ths error off and on and i really haven't found a solution to it. It seems to be an IP ban ad ive tred Everything I have two questions. When the IP ban gets lifted, can i use my existing PS+ membership or will i have to pay again ? How to lift the IP ban ? I've tried everything by now and it's insanely frustrating.

So i know this update came out weeks ago but there were rumors that it was bricking systems, not being able to play games, wouldn't turn on, etc. First of all what does that mean ? Second, is it okay to update it as of today (22nd June 2017) ? Third, How do I update it properly? I haven't gotten many answers in other places online, would really like some advice. So I was wondering which Infamous game I should pick up on PS4. I haven't played The ones on PS3 I couldn't afford it back then and I got my PS4 this year. Do the games have any direct continuity or could I just play Second Son and/or First light and will I have the same experience as those who played the original 2 games ? I really feel like playing the games but, I'm not sure if i want to spend money and not have a good background about the story. Amy advice ?

I'm new to this stuff so please go easy on me Hey all. Need some help setting up a PS4 slim to a vga monitor. i have an HDMI to VGA cable which i use on my pc . First question, Can i use that cable or will it damage the playstation. also i know that i have to confiure it to fit my 1366 X 768 resolution. How am i supposed to do that ? All help appreciated. I game a lot. An unhealthy amount actually. recently i've been playing more GPU intensive games like Dark Souls 3, The Witcher 3, etc. I have a GTX970 and i was wondering how long it would be appropriate to use it in a day? Just a thought. It does heat up, so does my CPU. So i just wondered what the optimal usage time for such a pc would be. CPU is an intel i5 4440 @3.1GHz.

Yes because I've used hdmi on the tv, I'm sure now that the GPU is fine and so is the rest of the pc. Probably it could be the monitor ? no clue. going out tomorrow to get new cables. probably and HDMI to VGA converter this time and not DVI to VGA. I can't thank you enough for all your help. Update. Okay. So for the 970 i use a dvi to vga converter for my monitor. Now on the tv its straightup hdmi. I guess its the converter thats messing it up. Because theres no errors on the tv.
