  1. Hello, got some news or theory that you guys may think about if this theory is real or not.. i realize that this next gen technology has something to do with these problems.. first of all the shadow box(low shadow distance) -gta v,witcher 3 and many next gen games have this issue in gta v on the old gen console it does not have this shadow box issue or it have another shadow issue that is not shadow box issue but i totally never notice that shadow box on old gen console or it is just because of the 16 bit color of old gen console that make me dont see much of the shadows. so they do this and infect (put) our system with this so we will notice it on old games and they are expecting us to think that it is there all along the second one is the pop ins (low draw distance) -ds3, and many other more they reduce the draw distance to optimize the new games but also affects the old games which is bad the third one is jagged edges (anti aliasing jagged) -ds3,and more we had the new anti aliasing system called TAA and it was the best anti aliasing yet.. but it seems like we are getting more new aa and they want us to use aa and dont turn off aa.. i remember back then when i had a geforce 210 all of my games are smooth and no jagged edges can be seen even if the anti aliasing is turned off.. but it seems like this next gen technology is giving us some sharpness and pop ins and low shadow distance for optimization... it is for the developer to make the graphics to make it good to hide this issues so they wont have to optimize much any more..
  2. oh my gulp... thats cs go footage killed me.. when i have geforce 210 all of my valve source games have great anti aliasing and one of it is cs go.. i never seen jaggies like that in cs go.. or it might be the new update? about overwatch.. i seen that overwatch is good for me and doesnt notice any jaggies except for the real life jaggies.. (what do i mean by real life jaggies?? i mean in real life there is really aliasing like look at fences while riding a fast car and look at it.. look at roofs while moving.. ) in overwatch i enjoyed it because it look so cool even if it doesnt support anti aliasing and about mgsv i heard it only have fxaa anti aliasing but it looks great on youtube videos so i think it uses taa not fxaa but anyway im about to buy it (witcher 3 make me leave piracy) i got to say that i actually blame the games now not the pc even though i know it is not the fault of the game but atleast i can play.. always think of that.. i had a choice before if what should i buy a 750 ti or a ps4.. i chose a 750 ti pc cause all ps4 games are expensive and i always want to play those games but just download them from torrent so no money would be waste if it will turn to be bad for my taste.. thing is i see this problems on all gaming videos now.. i wish i never downloaded that reshade for fallout 4... i wish i accepted that fallout 4 atmosphere look like that.. what a shame im going to flop with my electricity in this home.. im home alone so.. i will first turn on and turn off the electricity and clean those dirty wirings.. i wish i dont get electrocuted
  3. how bout download some games??or at this point this could be because of the internet.. maybe some threads, videos are the problem itself.. maybe the go to our computer... anyway that is some stupid crap theory but do you still play videogames?
  4. wait wait wait dude you dont have this problem before right when we are in the previous thread? how come you have it now what things have you done? tell me from download reshade to downloading enb to downloading models mod to downloading anything that isnt supported tell us anyway im in the final quest of witcher 3 it was a nice ride.. im going to buy the game after i finished it to support them
  5. Yeah it is unnoticable in 4k but the problem is we cant run 4k now with good fps.. i have a friend (not actually a friend) that have a gtx 1080.. tried to play with it with his 4k monitor.. he have some games like gta 5 dark souls 3 and pure other shit games i played gta 5 and i been getting 60+ fps but getting frame drops maybe due to 4k and i played dark souls 3 and it work well i may say but still have some frame drops and stuttering due to 4k.. so if the solution is to have a 4k.. we might need to wait for more better gpu than 1080 to run games well..
  6. hello i been having problems in my witcher 3.. i saw some white dots flickering in the screen when in combat in cave (only last for a second) and now i been seeing texture being gone and back and gone and back and gone and back 100x everytime i move.. is my gpu defective or is it a bug or is it one of this problems
  7. yeah.. i notice that some cables in my house are messed up.. i mean too many cables and cant even think which one is plug in or not.. so many cables... my pc is running too loud too.. a 750 ti shouldnt do that.. when i first bought this and played with it i never heard the sound i heard before with my geforce 210 but now it is back and it is so loud like the power is running at it max.. maybe voltage problem or something.. i also notice that lowering your graphics settings reduce the noise and reduce the usage it does in task manager but making it high will make loud noise and add more usage in the task manager.. it must mean that the higher the settings = the lower the frame = will make loud noise due to it trying to force more frame in the game = causing screen tearing and causing anti aliasing to get jagged = causing the settings to lower itself even if not lowered by the player and causing the rendering to be slow...
  8. so this is a theory but might work we must delete all game files (not format) and even games after that we must go to regedit i dont know but we should set it all to default and we need to search for more game files that is hidden in appdata or something then after finally removed use ddu and remove driver plug a usb/cd/or anything that have the driver installer redownload the driver download 1 game play it.. if it is having a shadow box issue then trash my theory that the games is causing this problem and one things the real solution when i was temporarily banned from linustechtips i decided to bring my pc to a rest house (yeah why would i bring a pc right?) we were in vacation so... my pc is already set and nothing is remove and my pc is small thats why (small casing/small monitor) but still heavy i plug my pc there at first it dont work because i havent notice that some plugs are not plugged and it finally worked it opened see my games in there i try to play there no internet or something just pc with games it was flawless.. never seen a flaw or something in the graphics yeah quite impossible.. and i got home last 2 days plug my pc back in have some complications due to cables but i manage to open it again there it is again beautiful but goddang issue but i just play my games now i dont want to die searching for a solution that is might never be find by a man.. im enjoying witcher 3 even with some flaws but its okay.. so the solution is... fix the electricity in your house or in your goddang neighborhood... or just leave your house and buy another house miles away from your house and live there with your pc... btw i dont notice flaws in the pc when im in the rest house maybe due to the lightning of the house or i just really think it would work so i dont say that there is really no issue the rest house or is it just me thinking that it actually work but it may.. be
  9. Hello i notice some more bugs that this problem make in games 1.z-fighting that makes all the physics look like shit 2.Flickering weather/sky THE GAMES THAT CAUSE THIS PROBLEMS : i notice that those ini files for games are all combining together to get the most flopped up graphics ever 1.GTA V brings you the shadow box issue 2.Fallout 4 brings you the low detailed things issue 3.Indie Games with bad anti aliasing brings you ... of course they are indie games they dont have their own ini 4.GTA 4 brings you the pixelated shadows 5.Outlast gives you the shimmering issue (this is the one you can notice when you are inside a vent) 6.Assasins Creed gives you the low detailed npc issue and much more thats why we should stop downloading so many games at one
  10. oh no.. why??? i am playing overwatch and i dont see any problems in it but you said it.. now i notice it.. anyway i been playing witcher 3 for about hours now and i reach the kaer morhen now i usually notice pop in but i blame the game.. Hello and for now on im going to search for solution so we are not just going to chitchat everyday
  11. I have discovered that this problem doesnt just downgrade the graphics but cause major bugs to videogames 1.See a full black island in the far distance (i mean really really far) 2.Floating things/assets (most noticable on ds3 whenever you destroy a crate or something) 3.Causes black/blank reflection 4.Causes sharpness and jaggies to dof effect (yeah really irony because dof meant to blur not to sharpen) 5.low draw distance causes some assets in the distance to bug out 6.Pixelated Shadows causes shadows out of nowhere that will bug the game out 7.Low draw distance will cause pop in in cutscenes which is a hard deal to deal with 8. THE STRONGEST ONE !!! the jaggies in the cutscenes cause it to look like it is screen tearing even it wasnt really screen tearing at all also a tip you never can look at a wheat field again.. you never can see the whole wheat field with your eyes
  12. Hello @Karalum @SpeedUp10 @iiNNeX  im happy to announce that we have a new topic now

  13. ***PLEASE READ ENTIRE OP BEFORE POSTING*** Edited by: @MEC-777 The issues being discussed in this thread are a continuation of multiple threads come and gone over the last year or so. Please read this post CAREFULLY in it's entirety BEFORE replying, to avoid re-hashing the same thing over and over. Description of the Problems/Issues: A significant number of PC gamers have reported experiencing some or all of the following graphical issues after changing nothing with their system. Everything looked "fine" one day and "terrible" the next. The difference or change was/is drastic and disruptive enough to notice beyond what is normally accepted as "typical graphical anomalies" observed in various games. -Most or all forms of AA filtering broken or non-effective. -Increased texture, shadow pop-in, Z-fighting. -Shadows appear more jagged. -Increased "flickering" on high-detailed objects (due to poor/broken AA filtering) - "dancing white dots" during movement. -General decrease in LOD in all games (new and old). PLEASE NOTE: These issue go beyond typical and commonly known graphical issues with certain games. Example: GTA5 - LOD box definition, object pop-in, Minecraft - anisotropic filtering bug etc. The specific issues in question also go beyond the results of low detail settings and or low PPI displays and any combination there of. The issue is: specific aspects of how the image is rendered has changed from a higher to [much] lower quality, without having changed anything (to the user's knowledge), seemingly "overnight". ALSO NOTE: These issues have been observed on Intel and AMD (FM2+ and AM3+ or older)-based systems, running both Nvidia and AMD GPUs. It has also been primarily observed on systems running Windows. Here is an example of the difference. Both videos are running the same game on the same display with the same resolution and graphics settings. @BuckGup first noticed the excessive jaggies in the menu of this game one day, and that was the first tip-off that something had changed (went wrong), even though he did not change anything prior to this happening. This also serves to demonstrate that as far as we know, the problem is fixed after switching to the AMD Ryzen platform. <--- NOTE: some members have now reported that switching to a Ryzen-based system DID NOT fix the issue. Thus, we can only state that this is an inconclusive solution. After the problem occurred: Before the problem occurred - the way the game SHOULD look: Solution that have been attempted but did not fix the issue: -Swapping out every component in the PC (one at a time and all together). -Reformat and clean OS install. -Switching from AMD to Nvidia and reverse. -Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10. -Running DDU with clean driver installation. In *some* instances, swapping out components from one system (with the problem) to another system (without the problem), the issue was gone. ***Details on this to be updated shortly*** Solutions we know have ZERO effect on the issue or are unrelated: -"Dirty power" or power-related. By the very nature of how a GPU functions and given the multiple "power-cleaning and conditioning" stages before it reaches the PC and GPU (PSU, VRMs etc), it's simply not possible for this issue to be caused by "dirty" or "infected" power source. So please do not suggest it. -Running games at lower settings and/or on lower PPI (lower pixel density) displays. We all know games look worse in those conditions. That is NOT what this issue is about. Please see the notes already stated above to reiterate. The issue is about an instant decrease in graphical fidelity without having changed anything (settings/software or hardware) with the system. -Virus or software "infection" of some kind. If this were the case, a simple wipe or swapping out of the storage drive(s) and clean OS install would fix the issue - but that has not been the case. So it seems; once the issue is there, it is extremely difficult to fix, aside from taking drastic measures. Possible solutions that have yet to be confirmed: -In *some* cases, building an entirely new system fixed the issue. In *some* cases, this fixed the issue, but only temporarily. -One member Now two(2) members here on the forums upgraded to AMD's new Ryzen platform and observed nearly all these issues were resolved. 2 members involved in this thread who have both experienced these issues are in the process of testing with a Ryzen based system to see if this holds merit. Further testing in progress... Update: Some members have reported that Ryzen systems are still susceptible to these issues. So the verdict on Ryzen systems being a possible solution is inconclusive at this point (July 2019). PLEASE: Do not suggest solutions that have already been attempted or that we know are unrelated, unless you have something new to bring forward that we might have overlooked. If you have any new information or corrections to the above information, please send me a PM and I will update. If you don't believe this issue is real or exists, and you have nothing to contribute, then please refrain from posting. My two cents on this whole situation: At first I was very skeptical. I said "this is just low PPI, low settings, typical game issues with AA etc...". In some specific cases, it was. But there were enough people complaining about this and describing what happened in the same way (there are many more on other threads on other forums), that it made me take notice. It's not about the "graphics" but the "sudden change in graphics" - regrettably and honestly, it took me a while to realize that is what they were really talking about and trying to fix. I personally have not experienced these issues, but I am genuinely curious to see if a solution can be found for those who are stuck with this. Thanks for reading. The original OP for reference:
  14. im just going to leave this here.. again Hello, this is our solution list SOLUTIONS: 1. Ups + Stabilizer - we discovered this "solution" from a youtube comments and we cant just trust them but if this is really something about the electricity then it this might solve our issue 2. SSD/HDD - even though we know this wont work and this only have a 0.1% possibility that might fix these issues but i think this will fix the low draw distance or the low rendering system we are facing right now or if not then just for speeding up games 3. New PC PARTS - i know some of you have done getting a new pc but no luck.. but this might do for some people 4.New House, New Location - im possibly sure this is a SOLUTION! i heard people going out of town and bringing their pc's with them... i know it sounds weird or sh*t but it is not the point here.. it means this is a electricity problem.. i mean the wiring in our house must be damaged or some sh*t... there is a possible little chance that this might not work and that means it is occuring because of the hardware.. but im sure this do but hell nah i dont have the money to buy a rest house or a new house 5.Buying completely new pc and new room in your house - this might do and if doesnt then the thing is this is really a electricity problem.. I think this is a little help for all of y'all.. thanks BROFIST
  15. INDIE GAMES??? okay this one is the indie game with the best graphics yet.. no pixelated shadows or pop ins or jagged edges nothing at all 1.Hobo Train http://gamejolt.com/games/hobo-train/140101 2.The Joy Of Creation http://gamejolt.com/games/the-joy-of-creation-reborn/139218 and more i be back
  16. here is from a other guy who is experiencing the same issue like us.. just look at the window edges
  17. dude... we cant.. we cant take picture of aliasing you know that.. we can take picture of pixelated shadows and low draw distance if you want but not jaggies which is the big case for us

  19. Hello i am watching too many videos of call of duty ghosts, total war and other indie games and i see pixelated shadows... i think we have to come to conclusion (not really) that the jagged shadows are really normal right now or we have to come to conclusion we are all or everyone is having this problem
  20. oh no i been warned because of my harsh words or sentences anyway dudes where is the solution??
