how can i run chkdsk? im not entirely sure on how to do it

Pop os user, i badly need the data in the hard drive, i tried multiple fixes but none worked so far, i got this error like ntfs signature is missing you should run chkdsk also managed to generate a image.dd file and dont know how to open it

when i tried various fixes, i got an error like this saying "a valid ntfs boot sector must be present in order to access any data" , then i tried some data recovery thing called cgsecurity, it generated image.dd file, and i dont really know how to open it

I use pop os and due to some rush i had to pull the external HDD, now it is not getting recognized in system tray, in disks i can see it but not sure what to do any help please

Hey bro, thank you for the reply, for some reason Balena did not do the job for me I had to go back to Rufus, now I think it's working going through the install -
Trying to move to Ubuntu, but facing this error tried multiple usbs, slots and other us, the page freezes

software center does not have telegram, so i downloaded it from the telegram site and when i try to install, I get this thing select install pop up there as someone suggested i installed gdebi but it didnt work either ooh i tried to open it from there now umm i think i managed to install damn i sound like a potato lol, so anyway thank you for helping me out

Ive installed Debian on a friends suggestion turns out i know nothing about it, i tried to install a couple apps but i keep getting the pop up box saying could not load updater,... i downloaded multiple files it shows them as corrupt, would totally be glad if someone could help me fix this
