List of things to try.
I would try a different outlet/the New cable to get the easy things out of the way.
I would triple check your internal connections.
Make sure your front panel headers didn't come lose.
Try a CMOS reset?
I would check to make sure your modular cables are put in the right areas on the PSU
Its possible its DOA and needs returned/replaced.
I believe you can get a PSU to start up if you use a paper clip on one of the cables. (I would try this last if at all)

I'm definitely getting the S340 for my next build, its got great cable management and plenty of room for a lot of storage, very clean looking design. But like others said, Phanteks P400 is also a viable option.

There won't be any Windows 11. It's just Windows now, every once in a while there will be a big update is how I understand it.
