This is my build from 2016 (Broadwell-E) that I took pictures of but never did get around to posting and sharing. The motherboard died a few weeks back and I tore her all apart this last weekend. New build is the opposite direction -- mATX. That being said, anyone who wants to buy a Caselabs case, this behemoth is taking up space!

Sidewinder has an okay selection too (although doesn't compare to Performance PCs).

I can only think of a few reasons to get the 1600 over the 2133. Definitely strongly consider the 2133 route, even if it is C9. -

Start with the basics: Is it detected in the BIOS/UEFI at all?

Do you have a target price you're trying to stay under? Preference in style? E.g. clean lines vs aggressive.

It's hard to argue with Foobar for a music library with all of it's available extensions.

I remember thinking adding case badges was the coolest thing in the world. Now, I wouldn't dare mess with nice clean look.

I'm using 3 TB WD Red x 5 in my NAS. I need lots of reliable storage, myself for my music, and my wife for her movies.
