Seriously though, download something like Sophos Antivirus and run a scan, and it should clean up anything left.

Can't emphasize this enough. Some areas require a moped license for e-bikes.

finding good motors might be the hardest part i guess.

... and mounting the motor ... you probably need to do some welding for the mounting pieces and find a way to integrate the motor into the drive chain ... you would need to run the chain over an additional sprocket and stuff

In Steam: View -> Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library Folders

Create a folder on your external hard drive and add it to the library. Now when you install games, you can select your external hard drive as the destination. You should be able to move your current games by right clicking on them, click on Properties, click the "Local Files" tab, and then click on "Move Install Folder..." and select your new Steam Library location.

Note: This might be different on a Mac.

you can also consider using ESP8266 instead of Arduino. They are code-wise more or less compatible and you can make it controllable via wifi out of the box (eg. make a simple web page with left and right buttons). It should not be that difficult to modify the code to do it.

You can have both manual and automatic control. Just program an arduino to move the servos to a certain configuration depending on either manual input with a button or with a photo sensor for the hanging limp if the lights are turned off.

Would involve an Arduino or Raspberry Pi if you don't want to have a manual control. There are a decent amount of tutorials surrounding servo control and such, and then you'd probably need a few buttons for however many "modes" you want to be able to preset and select at any given time.

65% keyboards are just a smaller layout keyboard, it doesn't include some keys as the function key row, or the numpad, but it will still have the arrow keys. 65% keyboard tend to have around 66 keys. They are just in a more compact form, which some like me might really like how they look, but its mostly for the reason to save desk space.
The difference between Cherry MX and Outemu and Gaote are the manufacturers. Cherry MX are German made and are the original manufacturers of the first "gaming"/mechanical keyboard. When the patent ran out for the switches, other companies (nearly all from China) started to manufacture these mechanical keys. They are made nearly identical to each other with the exception that Cherry would most likely use higher quality materials to build the switches than the Chinese companies. Also the tolerance level (the consistency) of the switches would be higher in Cherry switches. But to be honest, performance wise, I haven't heard many complaints and for the lower price of the keyboards for non-cherry switches, its a good thing. Now some people can afford mechanical keyboards for a much lower price now.
I don't know about Gaote much, but i've read some complaints of the keyboards that use Gaote switches. Outemu seems fine. Feeling wise, theres little difference, Cherry MX feels better to type on than Outemu or Gaote switches but Outemu are more clickier but experience will vary. For people like me who have used Cherry all the way from the beginning, I personally just prefer Cherry switches because I can indeed tell the difference in typing experience, but its doesn't differ that much. I still do have non-cherry switches like the Tesoro Gram Spectrum and its not like i hate them. For the price, non-cherry switches can be a good thing.

I like Razer Greens since they feel like MX Blues but aren't as loud. If you don't mind the noise of the MX Blues, go for the one that looks the best.

Personally I would recommend to do vinyl wrap that would create a fair bit cleaner and crisper lines and be more durable since plasti-dip is a rubber coating that can get ripped somewhat easily. As for colors that just depends on what your like but with vinyl wrap you can layer as many different colors you like.

I use Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro and here is what you need:
A disc image of Windows installation, such as an ISO image.  You can download this from Microsoft. A license key to activate Windows, for obvious reasons. A USB key that is 16GB or more.  Bootcamp assistant will use the Windows ISO image to create an installation USB drive. Setting up Bootcamp is much more simpler and easier than creating partitions and dualbooting OS in Windows.  But yes, while very low, there is a very small chance that you can do something by accident that corrupts the Bootcamp partition.  But you can recover from it easily.

Here are the full instructions, which you should have looked up first before asking on this forum.

Every MOBO should have integrated graphics display ports, you can use the VGA on his MOBO to connect to the monitor. Make sure the GPU is unplugged and removed totally from the system.
If he removed the ram ages ago and issues only started to happen now, then it most likely won't have any correlation at all. (there is a chance the second stick is failing too)
