something may be wrong with your cpu i have the exact same one and the base clock is 3.2Ghz whereas yours is at 3.1. it should also be turbo at 3.4 not 3.3

i have an i5 4460 and it runs gta at 40% to 50% trust me your cpu is kinda shit for gta but it probably is good enough for most games

get an i5 4460 better performance for the price if you budget allows it

you should get a new cpu, if money is an issue get something like an i5 4460. its one of the best when comes to price to performance
