  1. Yea, the signature version of the stealth has it.
  2. Oh..I meant $650 or 600 ish..my bad. Also, is 4k worth it?
  3. Mainly because of the core, and I do want a entry level gaming laptop, although the stealth is meant to be a ultrabook rather than a gaming laptop. I like sleek design, but if it has compromise like one stupid usb-type c port that nothing ever uses right now, then it's almost useless to me.
  4. Yep, I want portability more than power, guess this is the laptop for me. Thanks.
  5. First of all, wrong section. Is Surface a phone? No. I'd always go for the more expensive option, but i5 should be more than enough for basic tasks, but if your doing graphic extensive tasks such as Photoshop CC, get i7. Warranty shouldn't matter on a device that premium. Also, it's better to buy new than used, you never know there might be one minor hardware problem that makes the whole tablet useless.
  6. Razer Blade Stealth is the ultimate ultrabook, and an ultrabook is what I want to start with. Currently, my Dell Inspirion 5447 "lags" even with the most basic tasks, so I plan on selling it for around $600, since I bought it for $699 and it's "like new". The stealth is $1349.99, which is extremely affordable for such a laptop. What the problem is, is the bezels. Although I will get used to it, and the back-lighting is amazing, I'm used to thin bezels. There are other minor problems such as the up and down keys are smaller, but I can get used to it pretty quickly. What I want is a ultrabook with NO compromise. My second choice was the HP Spectre notebook, but it had only USB Type 3 ports, and on the back too. The design's great, but ports on the back? Doesn't make sense, but still, having such power in such a thin body, seems cool. Razer core is also nice too, if I can afford it. So, is it worth it with my budget of $1500 MAX?
  7. Gaming laptops should be sold much more than that, but since it's a i5, maybe try 750. I got my laptop that has i7, 8GB ram, and some intel graphics card for $699.
  8. You might need a different software to access all the files, instead of just simple Windows file explorer. Try this one: http://android-file-manager.en.softonic.com/
  9. I see..well I'd rather use wired headphones, just because I'm not charging my headphones all the time. It becomes annoying. I don't mind the drop in quality, all I care about is noise cancellation right now, since sometimes I want to shut down the world while wearing my cheap Google Cardboard headset.
  10. I'm thinking of buying a new pair of headphones, but don't know which one to choose. One has wireless freedom, and super lightweight ability, but no active noise cancellation, but the other are headphones with active noise cancellation, but no wireless freedom, which to be honest, is more convenient since there's no need to charge. I don't mind charging the earbuds every night, or maybe constantly, but if I'm missing out on noise cancellation, I'd rather use the ones I have right now, cheap ass earphones that came with my phone. So, what do you guys think?
  11. Try this: Open command Prompt (Run > cmd) then insert these lines seperately. regsvr32 vbscript.dll regsvr32 jscript.dll
  12. No problem, well..guess I don't have to change my answer then.
  13. 1. Yes, but it has limited capability compared to Android 2. Asus Zenwatch 2 is water-resistant up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, better accuracy at tracking fitness (steps, sleep, workout coach, etc, but no heart rate censor) 3. Honestly, smartwatches still haven't really taken off, so personally, it's better off to buy a Skylake processor. 4. I've wanted one too, but never thought of buying one since my phone does everything most smartwatches do, so why should I spend hundreds of dollars on a smartwatch when it's inferior to my smartphone in everything besides design? (By the way, this question doesn't seem like it's finished.
  14. Using unofficial adapters and cables can be extremely risky, especially if it's some cheap one from the dollar store. Always use an official adapter for sure, and for the cable, just buying a good one should be good. (I see tech reviewers use unofficial cables all the time, but never cheap ones) For power banks, might be a compatibility issue. just make sure the power bank is compatible with USB C.
  15. What I'm talking about is screen on time. S6 only has around 3 hours of screen on time. Also, blogs and YouTube reviews can differ greatly. (I usually watch reviews on YouTube, rather than blogs)
  16. The battery life really depends on the person, but it's just that all the reviews I've seen criticized the battery life of the S6. It's recommended to keep your phone up to date, but if the phone came out of the box with marshmallow, it's not easy downgrading. If your putting on a case (or back cover if you call it that way), then premium feel does become almost pointless, but it's just my personal opinion.
  17. Overhearing shouldn't be a issue for either phones. Touch registering issues don't really exist today, but lag does. For battery life, G4 is the clear winner, since it has removable battery, and S6 battery is terrible unless you use it rarely. I own the S6, the only problem I'm frustrated about is the battery life. It only lasts around 3 hours per day, which is bad. My recommendation is to go for 2016 phones, since they're really good, but the only drawback is the price. Buying a newer phone is always worth it, since it will last longer. If you don't need a newer phone, I'd go for the G4, and a leather back, unless your fine with plastic. I've had a S3 before, but I've never actually replaced the battery, ever. I just didn't have a need to, and when it died, I just let it die. So make sure your daily usage exceeds the battery capacity of the phone before considering removable battery, since removable battery results to significantly less premium design. There is the LG G5, but the metal feels like plastic, so in my opinion, the design choice is a failure. S6 is also a great phone too, if you can overcome it's terrible battery life. Features on the S6 such as fingerprint scanners are convenient, but someone can still cut off your finger and unlock your phone (or just make a copy of your fingerprint). Honestly though, the marshmallow update introduced too many bugs than expected, so if you want the S6, be aware of these bugs (Note: I have Canadian Telus Galaxy S6). It's been almost a month, and I've seen no updates whatsoever.
  18. Your best option is to go to the Apple Store, since this is just a forum. (No offense)
  19. Still nowhere close to being something like Phonebloks though..
  20. First of all, call Apple and see if they'll fix it for free or low cost. If that's not possible, the only other option is dismantling the phone and examining it, which can be very risky. I'd recommend you do this if your experienced or extremely careful. Otherwise, it's better to spend some money to fix it, whether it's at an Apple store or some random phone fixing booth.
  21. So far, this is the cheapest one i found on eBay: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Nexus-5-D820-16Gb-Logic-Board-Motherboard-/152051828534?hash=item2366fec736:g:zG0AAOSwJQdXDUJI (If your willing to wait for the shipping, it's worth it) Note: You never stated your location. No offense, but Nexus 5 is a smartphone, and nothing more. Don't get carried away with mere objects too much.
  22. Smartwatches are still at their early state, and taking your smartphone out is only slower by seconds. (Also you can do way more with your smartphone). I'm just recommending that this isn't a good time to purchase a smartwatch. Even though they do look more premium (especially the overpriced Apple Watch Edition), the function is still very limited. I'd skip smartwatches for now, but like I said, it's my personal opinion. Well, there's a lot of stuff I want, but I'm not rich or anything so I need to consider many options. Personally, I'd go for a pair of Bose QuietComfort 25, because sometimes I just want to shut down the world, and it's not like SAO is invented. (yet..) Basically, I'm saying is that it's better to purchase an actual watch instead of a smartwatch, since it won't become outdated as fast. If your limited in money, just buy what you need for now, and save up for what you want.
