  1. Oh, then you should be completely fine.
  2. Oh, so I'm guessing screen protectors don't fit at all. Then you should be ok with just the Rhinoshield itself. I'd still recommend to take care of the phone and not do drop tests. How about ones that just cover the screen?
  3. Well, it still is glass, on both sides. Just one drop can crack the glass and have you pay hundreds of dollars to fix it. It's always a good idea to have a screen protector for extra protection, just make sure the screen protector is glass as well.
  4. You should probably contact Samsung about this.
  5. What phone? If she has a Samsung, SideSync is best.
  6. If you want "true" protection, you will get some sort of bulk. Dbrand Grip is a nice choice, get it before it becomes expensive. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/dbrand-grip-phone-case/#/
  7. I highly recommend contacting Instagram's customer support.
  8. S7 Edge, and since I didn't use any cases for the first few months and dropped it a couple times, I'm stuck with a permanent pink line on the right side of the screen. The camera also cracked randomly so no more water resistance . Aside from that, it's a great phone. (Thinking of buying a new phone next year anyways) So, if anyone is going to get this phone, don't drop it.
  9. If you're thinking about frequently watching movies on a tablet, I'd recommend a display that's not 4:3. Movies tend to have a 21:9 aspect ratio, and unless you want "huge" black bars or a cropped image, don't go for 4:3 tablets. Oh yeah, tablets are dying. If you have the money, I'd recommend spending the extra money and going for a convertible laptop, ones where you can detach the screen. You'll get full Windows 10, variety of ports, and possibly a keyboard. Besides, if it's only for movies and emails you don't need a high-end tablet like an iPad.
  10. iPhone X? Doesn't that phone cost $1000? IMO, iPhone's are just for "showing off". Don't expect to see any new changes next year, since all they did is replace TouchID with FaceID, add a notch along with a false advertised "bezel-less" phone, and a OLED screen which Android implemented years ago. If you really want to switch to iOS, go for the iPhone 8/8+. You'll save hundreds of dollars.
  11. It's above $2000 when converted to CAD, so no thanks. Is Eurocomm a reliable company?
  12. Max budget is $2000 CAD. I live in BC, Canada. Of course it would have bad thermals if they're trying to cram so much stuff into a thin chassis. What laptop would you recommend then? I'm also fine with buying a desktop if that's cheaper.
  13. Hi, I was wondering if I could connect a Razer Blade Stealth with the Razer core and possibly play VR such as Oculus Rift. This is because I want a new laptop right now, but am thinking of buying a Razer Core and Rift later when I am ready and VR has advanced well. Thanks.
  14. So..Bose SoundSport In-Ear Wireless is OK?
  15. Has anyone tried using a pair of fitness earphones for normal everyday use? I know this may seem like a stupid question, but just curious.
  16. Ergonomic peripherals as fast as possible? They still seem weird to this day.
  17. I want to simulate a theater experience as much as possible without actually buying home theater stuff. I am able to watch 2D/3D movies on my Gear VR with suprisingly high quality (aside from dark scenes), but the audio just doesn't match up with the apple earpods I have. I was wondering whats a good pair of headphones that are similar to theater quality sound.
  18. 1. That's just an excuse. Moving on.. 2. Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636). Toll-Free, and if it isn't, it's worth paying a little extra to solve your problems. Sometimes in life, you have to pay extra.
  19. WARNING: rooting android is useless unless you plan on doing backups. Android is ALREADY so customizable it doesn't need a risky root, and also the voiding of the warranty. Rooting just makes your phone more prone to risks, therefore damaging your software, and possibly rendering your phone software-less. Rooting/jailbreaking only makes sense on iOS, but almost never on android. Hope this helped. Contact Google or Samsung, and maybe they'll fix it for a small fee.
  20. No offense, but why did you post here instead of contacting Koodo first?
  21. Yes, I do. It's near impossible to have that much power in a slim body, and not be hot at the same time. I won't be bothered by heat, since I rarely play graphic intensive games. The most I'll play is either CS:Go, and maybe other games if I can afford them.
  22. Is it because they can only go up to 40 GB per second?
  23. Have you ever thought of contacting HP directly? Just wondering. No offense, but contacting the official manufacturer should be a top priority over a forum. LinusTechTips is a great place for "tech tips", but still, official manufactures are superior, purely due to market value.
  24. Well, I just don't trust Dell. Sharp basically made the bezel-less display, not Dell.
