  1. The moondrop para looks nice. I am finding listings stating 8 and 18omhs. I know ohm load isn’t everything but are there more then one version of these?
  2. The problem with speakers is size restrictions. I recently moved my 27inch monitor above my ultra wide but considering adding another to the left side vertically. Please do not judge my desk set up too much, it is a work in progress and probably just need a bigger desk overall. The size restrictions is one reason I was considering the smaller drop speakers. They can be turned sideways and fit neatly under monitors plus the orange grills would match nicely. Z reviews on YouTube says they sound decent for the size and price. Thoughts?
  3. I like the looks and somewhat cheaper price of the JBLs. Might sound crazy but any decent speakers that have orange color scheme or accents? Or possibly something really popular with good sound and price that might have custom add ons like orange grills? I know audio quality should be my main concern but I am an aesthetic type of guys and really trying to match my orange and black color scheme.
  4. Ok good info. My daughter will need a dac so I will look into the Apple one for her. I have also been looking at speakers for my new setup, pretty much new everything. I had been looking at the drop BMR1s for $99. I have seen there decent for the size and price and I like the aesthetic of having orange grills since my color scheme is orange/black but am open to suggestions there as well. Thanks again!
  5. Wow! Thank you for such a detailed response! I had seen some reviews of the Fio and had also been considering the 560 since it’s like half the price(150ish.) I have been happy with the 58x but I think there more so designed to not have to use an amp with. I just want a step up and really take advantage of the amp, I am not an audio expert by any means but I believe higher ohm loads will need more power and the 58x is pretty low. They sound great pretty much hooked up to anything but I want to experience the amp I invested the extra money in, if that makes sense. Seems like the Fio is the best around 300-500 from what everyone currently claims. I guess if I would want true endgame I would need to spend a decent amount more and just so not think I am at that level yet. I would likely want to do balanced or tubes with new amp/dac if I go much higher on the cans themselves. I think my true budget is 150-300 at this point, thanks again.
  6. Hey guys I have been out of the loop for awhile. I previously had a modi magni stack that seems to be going out on me. I ordered a new version with the built in dac for an all in one unit. My headset is the 58x and I have been happy with it and plan to keep it but want something that takes advantage of the power of the amp more. I’ll continue to use the 58x and my AirPods but want something to stay at the desk with the schitt stack. Budget of $150-$300 maybe more if I can just get an endgame set for not much more. Mainly play games but listen too all types of musics and video watching. Thanks!
  7. Yes but thanks for having me look. Looks like 4 sticks are not supported at all, why did MSI include four slots on the board lol. Still don’t understand why one stick from each kit works but the other two won’t even with a single.
  8. Update, finally got a boot with a single stick of ram. Finally was able to get a boot with two sticks afterwards. What is odd is that the only way I can get a boot is on a stick from each kit I bought, I can’t get 4 sticks to work at all. Dosnt make much sense to me. Looks wise and wanting to have 64gb I wanted to be able to use 4 sticks total. Looks like that may not be an option?
  9. This is my first build since my last rig which was an i7-8700k and 1080ti. Been a while and feeling old lol. Anyways new build is ryzen 7 7800x3d, msi x670 tamahawk, g skill trident z5 neo ddr5 32gb(2 kits) 7900xtx gpu, LIAN li 360 aio, 1000 watt psi. All parts are brand new from new egg. I have flashed the bios to the newest version, have tried different ram combinations, 4, 2, and 1 stick. Have tried reseating ram and cpu. The red cpu light and yellow ram light stay lit and get no boot at all, nothing. Any recommendations? Possibly just a bad cpu or mobo? Really appreciate any help.IMG_7852.heicIMG_7853.heic
  10. I had an intel 535 ssd go bad on me. Luckily I had a spare ssd and I am trying to install windows now. After initial installing it says windows needs to restart and after restarting it takes me right back to the initial install beginning. I have tried 2 different flash drives now but same thing. I have also tried removing the usb drive at this point but its not installing. This is my second rig that my kids play on and there driving me nuts on my main rig, getting my keyboard sticky and my light weight mouse hole cut outs full of kid yuck! System is i7-6700k and rx570, don't know that specs really matter. Any help would be great, quarantine w/ 3 kids and down to one pc LOL.
  11. I am going to take a trip to microcenter tomorrow to check it out. Will update.
  12. VG248QE and MG248Q are the two monitors I have. I believe the mg248q is the newer model of the two and it includes free sync. There very well may be better options for the same price or newer models but if you were to get either of these for a decent enough price I doubt you would be disappointed at all.
  13. http://www.microcenter.com/product/503503/Predator_Z321QU_315_VA_WQHD_Curved_LED_Monitor this looks like a decent value? I mainly play shooters so FPS is a high priority to me. I know a lot of people say from anything past 60 dosnt affect them much but I can tell a huge difference when I go from my 144hz to 60hz.
