Sure, but B350s are cheap as chips and AMD is not changing the chipset for upcoming ryzen generations. Intel changes it every update... Each to his own though.

R5 1600 is a compelling option right now. Better multicore performance than the i5 6500 (stable framerates), and overclocking capability will leave you room to expand.

2560x1440 is a pretty ideal resolution for 3D Animation I find, and the amount of Photography & Video editing I would do. 4K is awesome, but IMO the BenQ BL3200PT which is a 2560x1440 monitor is pretty damn sweet

Don't get a laptop with 6th/7th gen ULV (6200U,6500U,7200U,7500U), there's no point of getting it when Kaby Lake R CPUs had come out and provide much better performance

Intel HD620/UHD620 will be able to run CSGO smoothly at low settings

However IMO, laptops with 8250U and MX150 will suit you more. (they are quite cheap)

g sync isnt worth it since youre porbrably hitting constant 60fps on med-high in 1440p anyway.

I wouldn't say you lost the silicon lottery but it is below average.
Anyway, if that's as far as it wants to go, it's fine.
Imo the good ram OC compensates more than enough for those 100-200Mhz you would have got if the silicon lottery was nice to you

Should work, according to nvidia you can hook up to 4 displays. if you have a 4k 60hz screen use the displayport or a displayport to hdmi 2.0 adapter, 
the build in hdmi is only hdmi 1.4 / 4k 30hz.

So little gains for the hassle...

3) type of case size, Micro, Full, Mid, Etc.
4) How much radiator/fan spaces you want for the front, top, and bottom of the case\
5) Do you want Tempered Glass
6) any additional details.

Well, that's surely a big jump in terms of performance.
 
Basically all 1080 are the same, you should check the difference in quality by checking reviews of both your chosen model and the cheapest one you can get. If you see a tangible difference in speed, temperatures or issues you can choose accordingly, but if they fall flat on the same level only the look can justify an higher price over the first one.
 
Overall I think it's a well put build. It is very efficient, it has a lot of power (you could easily play on 4K with that) and it doesn't cost that much for what you get.

B350 is best value as it has most of the features of X370 (Save for SLI), but isn't that much more expensive than an A320. 

IMO it's fine.
I wish they would get rid of the jokes on techquickie, since it's more educational, but the LTT channel is fine.
