Ok, so there are some things here that are not exactly right. Number one is that this MOBO has a no PCI-E 16x slots for normal sized graphics cards. This can be okay, what you would need to do is cut the back end of the PCI-E 8x slot off so that the graphics card hangs over the edge. You shouldn't have an issue with bottlenecking a card unless you go for a very high end model (those last pins in a pci-e actually are only for data... all of the power comes from those first few pins.)... Also yes the ram is wrong. Any power supply would work BUT if you get a server case then you would need PSUs that fit that specific case. I actually start up my server mobos with a regular PSU. ALSO you should note that many server start up on power. SO, plugging a psu into it (or flipping the power switch on an pc psu) will cause the mobo to start. so make sure you get a psu that has a power switch.
