What are you asking? Can you run Minecraft? Yes. You can also run it with shaders mod too

Here in the desert it gets to about 125*f, but 135*f? that's just scorching hot

well, it's better than the stock cooler. I'll probably just wait and save up to get a better CPU cooler for it, maybe an AIO

Please just buy 4 GTX titan blakcs, you will save $2000 Quad SLI isn't that good of an idea anyways

Sadly it all has to be one prisoner per cell, I had the same issue when I was playing the game I had a really nice setup going to find out I could only have one prisoner per cell.

Yes, but those are all korean panels, and the OP's budget doesn't allow for a $300 monitor.

Are you able to get on and grab the Dump file? Then you could use a program and it will tell you what's causing the issue.
