Same type question I have i7 4770k @ 4.4ghz and running sli 1080 I am hitting 90-100% usage in ghost recon wildlands and gta v at 3440 x 1440 on very high settings cpu has been hitting 70c with a noctua NH D15

Hi system spec MB formula 6 CPU I7 4770k liquid cooled GPU gtx 780 liquid cooled 16gb corsair dominator platnium 1866 4 sticks PSU Corsair 860i Samsung 840 ssd boot drive Seagate 2tb storage H320 liquid cool system I played games lastnight then I went to play tonight and turn on the pc fans spin motherboards LEDs light up. I get the 00 q code the manual says that they are not even used. I tried one ram stick, tried clear CMOS I have unplugged everything and left it for a few hours still nothing. I am lost don't know what to do please help
