I will add that imho it is a really nice looking board just wish mine had worked right out of the box.

Be careful and go online and check the ram's QVL, I tried to get tactical tracer ram and my Hero motherboard wouldn't recognize it. In all fairness I may just have a bad board I started a rma yesterday and will be sending it back to ASUS on monday. Because it seems my mobo won't recognize any ram lol. But when I first contacted customer support they told me if it isn't listed in their manual and isn't on the rams QVL it won't work.

I may just have crappy luck but i just got a Hero board and just started the RMA process with ASUS. For whatever reason the board will not detect ram installed and I get error code 55 on the Qled. I'll hold up complaining about the board till I actually get a working board and get to enjoy it :( Oh and I tried 3 different types of ram it is not a compatibilty issue.
