    I think it will be enough even for water cooling. regarding the new mobo, I'm not sure how it will effect performance as the technology is relatively new but I'm sure that they will charge a price premium for their initial release. If you could afford and willing to wait a few more months, then it is worth to wait.

    you will need a i7 6700k to handle all those rendering as well as z170 mobo as a combo. As for the power supply 650w is plenty enough for the workloads.

    I don't think there would be much performance differences between the two, but the LED feature is a must for me.
