Even though GPUs have 5 or more connection-ports, they can generally only controll 4 of them at a time. DP can splitt/daisychain.

So if i can get variable refreshrate and im able to avtivate HDR with Nvidia, what advantages would i get from an AMD card running full Freesync2?

I have a Freesync2 monitor(Samsung CRG9) and im trying to understand how nvidias freesync compability works with this. I have googled quite a bit on the topic but im not much smarter. My understanding so far is that i will get variable refresh-rate with an nvidia card. Some say that HDR can be activated manually when doing this. So my question is, can anyone here tell me how an nvidiacard will work with a Freesynnc2 monitor? What advanntages do i get if i use an AMD card and run full Freesync2 setup? Cheers!

Keep it cool and it will boost to 3.9GHz, 4cores/8threads, should be good for a while -
Printing is finished, turned out OK but i could tweak the printer a bit for even better result. My setup got flat black all over and the finish on the print is a bit to shiny, considering sanding/flat-clear spray-paint.

First update on the rig in a while, not hardware, but im utilizing my 3D printer: 24pin cable-cover. SLI VGA cable-cover. Im in the process of printing these in two-color PLA, will do some photos in a day or two.

Got myself a new mouse, the Razer Ouroboros: I use my left hand on my mouse so i really like Razers ambidextrous mice. My previous one was a Razer Diamondback, lasted me for many years and still works fine. The first impression is very good, still a bit to get used to but ill give it a few days, after all, i have been using the previous mouse for atleast 5 years. As always the packaging on Razer products is epic. WIN

Thanks guys Have been really fun to do this build, and the feedback/ideas this forum gives back awesome. As i said before, universal blocks is a bit more work than full-blocks, but i think i learned more this way than if everything was plug-and-play A decent upgrade to this system will most likely be way to expensive so i will probably not change anything for a good while, shame, cause its really fun to build computers Guess it wont be a Livestream this weekend as Linus seems to be in Hawaii.. 1:39:45

You can probably set the number of times it tries to boot before it goes to previous settings in the BIOS. Default is often three tries.

+1 if you go white

Thx m8 These builds are full of details so keeping it simple is important, can easily get crowded in there Shining green light on something green is never a good idea Used to work as sound/light man on concerts, picked up a trick or two there:P

How poetic Got plenty of catodes and LEDs, greens and UVs, but chose to use only one strip of white LEDs. Its a huuge case in my livingroom, dont want too much blingbling..
