I dont care about ultra but I dont like playing on low settings. I just want to play the newest games with my friends. So the rx 480 will do it for me.

If I had an 1440p monitor would the rx 480 be better then? Cuz there would be a smaller bottleneck and more vram is better for larger monitors? As I am thinking of buying a 1440p monitor.

Actually there are settings that can be changed to fix it, shadows, shaders foliage and...
With all I mentioned it should be perfectly playable at 60fps.
 

Yes, definitely capable.  Take into account that capable means able to run and get a payable experience at some quality level. 
 
All FM2+ motherboards are DDR3, and if you don't go with the fanciest of 88X motherboards, you should have no trouble staying under 100 euros, but I don't have a specific recommendation from the top of my head at this point. 

I am not making videos so i don't need this high end stuff but i need only 40 euro headphones i only need to hear from what sides enemies are coming from! And a mic that doesn't buzz and is quite popular!
