    Suggest me on these topics...

I think you might be better off on Reddit. I'd suggest https://www.reddit.com/r/AskPhotography/ or https://www.reddit.com/r/Beginning_Photography/, as they are subreddits dedicated to helping people like you. Just keep in mind you might want to be a little more detailed with your post, such as including your budget or lenses you've already looked at.

I clicked on some type of phishing spam link?

Sounds like you unintentionally installed an extension, which would have been removed when you reset Chrome. If Malwarebytes came up clean, then you should have nothing to worry about.

I clicked on some type of phishing spam link?

Phishing sites cannot install malware on your computer without interaction from you. If you clicked a link, downloaded a file, and ran it, then you installed malware on your machine. If all you saw was a popup and did not click on any links on the page, your computer is not infected.

    Trash Computer

You're right, it could be used as a YouTube machine. OP might want to take this into consideration. What I'm suggesting, however, is that machine might be such a miserable POS to use that OP might not want anything to do with it, especially considering that the AiO does not support touch.

Sure, though you're better off getting a Google Home Hub or used Nexus 9. Both would provide a much more enjoyable viewing experience, especially considering that the monitor is only 1600x900 and the E1-1200 is outperformed by a 15 year old Pentium 4. In the condition it looks to be in, I doubt the 20-b013w will be worth much on the used market. OP is better off taking the memory and HDD out and recycling it, or burning it with fire as I originally suggested. The drive should be fine in a new system, but I can almost guarantee it will die in about a year.

    Trash Computer

Your computer would need to support Thunderbolt 3 to use an external graphics card. Unfortunately, that all-in-one is unsalvageable. I would suggest you burn it with fire.

    Inbox dead, Gmail sucks.

Spark for Android, an incredibly popular iOS email app, literally came out today. It bundles emails very similarly to Inbox, and is comparable to Gmail in terms of features. Readdle also announced that they will be releasing a web and Windows client.

G2A is not safe in any regard. Sure, you can get a key that works, but most if not everything you buy from G2A is keys purchased with stolen credit cards. With that in mind, keys that come from GOG, Rockstar Warehouse, and Origin have an incredibly high risk of being deactivated after purchase. If your key ends up working indefinitely, understand that your purchase is essentially scamming the developer out of that sale and you may as well have pirated it. Please, for the love of god, stop supporting G2A. They are the scum of the earth. If you want to learn more, watch the video below. G2A uses their own scummy system called G2A Pay, which introduces extra fees to use PayPal and receive buyer protection. There are no guarantees with this payment method.

The component most vulnerable in a power loss is your HDD, which will be logged in S.M.A.R.T as an unexpected power loss. Voltage spikes from outages may also fry components if your computer is not plugged into a surge protector.

Do i need a real windows 10 licence key

You can buy a genuine Windows 10 Pro key from a trusted seller on eBay for around $2, though this sounds more like a hardware issue. Unless you are running an unofficial or outdated build of Windows, the issues you are encountering should not occur regardless if the install is genuine.

    Recommend a displayport or hdmi

Your graphics card will need to support HDMI 2.1 to get 1080p 240hz. 1.4 and 2.0b only support up to 1080p 120hz to my knowledge. You'll need to use DVI or DP.

    best rugged android phone

Honestly, just get a good case for your phone. Most of the quality rugged phones have been discontinued. The best you can get right now is the CAT S48C/S61/S41, which is overkill for your needs, or the S8 Active, which is about to be two generations old.

    what size is this

    Looks to be Mini ITX.
  14. Everything else looks great to me!
  15. The 1660 Ti performs slightly worse than a 1070, and performs significantly worse than a 2060. You might want to consider looking into buying a used 1070 Ti or GTX 1080 over the 1160, as you will be getting better framerates in most titles.
