  1. Thank you ^^. I do plan on something different though as I want something I can game on. When someone says office to me I think of something getting done or work happening.. nether of which happen in my room :P. Study is probably the correct word for the application. Chapter X: The Future Ok so here is the good stuff. I would like to go into a triple monitor setup but it needs to be a floor stand solution due to 1. I'm going to be using at least a 40' tv. Yes I can just buy a smaller monitor with better pictures/colors/display and be able to mount it to the desk but, realistically I just want a big cheap monitor so what ever the cheapest LCD tv that Wal-Mart has on sale FTW. 2. I don't want screws or holes in the wall and/or ceiling, at least for now. I don't know for sure if my desk will stay where it is and if the wall mount would work and I don't want to go through the hassle of filling the holes and painting if I get it wrong and/or move the desk. Right now my best solution is a Gator Frameworks Tripod. Its not the best thing in the world. But the only solution I have that can hold a 40' tv and not cost a fortune for just holding a tv. Most of the stuff available are 150-200 dollars.. like... REALLY?!?!?!. And I need two of them. But my main problem with the tripod is that it is a minimal 50" tall, what is taller then the desk level
  2. (First post so sorry for any formatting errors and if pictures don't show) (Some how messed up the spoilers in my first post... dont know how to fix it) This build will never been complete as I am always looking for more to do/add. Ok Sooo... where to start Chapter 1: Overview Alright so it is 2015. I'm gaming on a Lenovo Y510P as I wanted to be able to take my computer anywhere... that was the mind set at least when i bought it in early 2014. As time moved on I grew tired of laying on the couch and not having a room for gaming.. or a desk.. or even any form of storage.. After some thought and arguing with my dad. I decided to convert my old bedroom into a computer room. Gutting the room down to just one dresser (that might be heavier then I am), The room was ready for the build even though it could use a paint job (I personally hate the blue). Sadly my summer hobbies took up most of my time and money so everything was put onto the shelf until more funds can be secured. (also sorry for no pictures. Never thought to take any) Chapter 2: The Desk So it is Christmas and things are looking good. Got a raise and everyone is happy after the big holiday (I always struggle with presents). With a little extra cash I decided now was the time to build the gaming room. After some thought I decided on the Fredde Workstation from Ikea as it was large and sturdy enough for any kind of future expansion. After a few hours, A cheap 40" LCD Tv ($200.. Ish?), I had my gaming room.
