  1. I just build a brand new system and it stutters when Im watching any video, playing any game, and listening to music. I made sure my ram is fine. cpu is fine. gpu is fine. hdd and ssd are fine. psu is fine. It is very brief and happens randomly. and yes I have tried re-seating everything, making sure connections are tight, and making sure all OC's are stable. I figured out that this (IMAGE BELOW) pops up in windows event viewer every time it happens. component list. GPU----> MSI Gtx 1060 Armor 6gb Ocv1 CPU----> AMD Ryzen 5 1600 RAM----> G.SKILL Flare X Series 16GB MOBO---> GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3 SSD------> Samsung 960 Evo 250 GB M.2 HDD----> Western Digital Black 1 TB CASE---> Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX PSU----> EVGA 750 BQ, 80+ Bronze
  2. just system. also he wants an ssd but not a crazy one. maybe just like a 960 pro. also wants his gpu watercooled. like this http://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=400-HY-5388-B1
  3. ohh and he also wants his gpu watercooled as well.
  4. so im building my bud a beast gaming pc. he really doesn't have a budget but im assuming in the 3-5k USD range. he wants a beast gaming rig that also can edit good too. dont think sli matters but will do if it is a good idea. also he seems more tied to ryzen but if an intel chip gets way better speed then that will do. he also wants to overclock. no custom water cooling loop but either a aio or air cooler. Thanks to anyone in advance for the help.
  5. Ryzen has alot of probs rn with ram. Very hard to get it stable at 3200hz. Just wait for a bios update to fix it in the future.
  6. All day every day. Pretty sure it doesn't happen on wifi doh.
  7. It happens if I'm doing anything with audio. Like discord, youtube, gaming, pandora. And when it happens windows must be doing something because the little loading circle appears by the mouse.
  8. The thing is that the same problem persitem on my old pc build, the oNY thing similar between the two is that I'm using the same router/ethernet cable. Wondering if a lan issue could cause such a thing.
  9. Have already done multiple times. Also have purchased a new hdd as well.
  10. Temps are at 67 max on load and I've tried all ram mhz and all timings with same issue.
  11. This is a brand new pc build. My pc has a weird issue rn and I'm 100% it has nothing to do with ram or gpu or cpu overclock or hdd. It will randomly do a brief stutter of audio and video at random times. It's not drivers either or conflicting drivers. And this only happens if audio is playing. It's weird cuz my old pc used to do this as well but at a larger scale. Something in the back of my head makes me think it's a lan issue? Is that even possible? When it happens my pc is loading something somewere as the loading circle appears by the mouse. Event viewer doesn't show anything neither does task manager. I have done so many things to try to fix it already with no luck. Pc specs GPU----> MSI Gtx 1060 Armor 6gb Ocv1 CPU----> AMD Ryzen 5 1600 RAM----> G.SKILL Flare X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3200mhz MOBO---> MSI B350m Gaming Pro HDD----> Western Digital Black 1 TB CASE---> Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX
