Ive had this problem for so long now, basically in the video I am running the game just fine at like 60-80 frames, and they for just a few seconds like every minute my fps will drop to around 20- . I have also notice that my ping will go up slightly when this happens (by like 10) and then my cpu will also go to 100%

my cpu goes to 85 when im playing a game, 100% usage obviously

I dont know how to fix it, I dont even know what the heat sink is

Well ive had the PC for probably a year now

I know, I bought the PC brand new online so I dont see why there should be any problem with cooling

With anygame I play I will be running at a smooth like 60-200 fps (depends on game) and every few minutes I will just plummet in fps, Ill drop to 20 or lower. Why is this happening, im an EXTREMELY competitive person, I want to win. Period. So anything that is putting me at such a massive disadvantage needs to stop right now. I run a AMD Athlon X4 860K and a GeForce GTX 960 ive been sitting on my desktop for above 5-10 min and my cpu average temp is 77 and my gpu is 59 (According to CAM https://www.camwebapp.com)

So ive been getting fps drops when playing csgo and league of legends (mostly csgo) I will be running the game just fine at 120+ fps and then it will randomly drop to about 10 fps for a few seconds. I was looking around and ended up checking the temps on my cpu and gpu, according to this program I found, sitting on my desktop with no games running my cpu's temp is about 78C and it went up to a max of 87C when I started playing a game. Is this normal?

I found someone who was actually willing to add me on skype and he was helpful af. I now have a data recovery program running and hopefully should find the files I am missing when it finishes.

I have both a HDD and SSD, Im assuming that all this happened because I tried to clone my HDD (with OS) onto my SSD but I dont have time to fresh install Windows on my SSD and reinstall everything, it would literally take weeks to transfer all my files over one at a time

I dont really know what happened, and I dont know how to explain it. When I start my computer yesterday I added a bunch of files to my desktop and change the bg and the color of the taskbar and all that, I also turned off sticky keys. but today when I start my computer all of that was reset back to what it was the day before and all of those new files I added onto my desktop are no where to be found in any of my drives including my default browser and sticky keys was turn back on. Howvever all of my files like for Counter-Strike are still the same, since I have custom fonts

I need help recovering all my files that ive lost, every time I start up Windows everything is reset to default, like I just bought this PC. I would be 10000000000x easier if I could just add someone on skype and share screens to show them what is happening
