  1. Thanks for the answers guys. For those asking, I don't really have a budget right now, I just wanted to know what would be the least expensive card worthy to buy coming from the 7770 (planning to buy it in like a 1 month time.) I'll try to save for something like the R7 370 or the GTX 950 then!
  2. I'm slowly upgrading my old PC I've had for a lot of years. As of right now, I have: ASUS H81M-A motherboard i5 4590 HyperX Fury 8GB 1866MHz RAM. 1tb HDD Sapphire HD7770 1GB OC (I plan to upgrade this) I need to know what would be the minimum I could spend to get a new graphics card worthy to upgrade from my old HD 7770, so I can have a significant improvement in gaming. I'm a student in a country where this stuff is really expensive so it's very difficult for me to upgrade my PC and buy high end stuff. I was thinking something like the R7 360 - would that be a good choice? Or is it just not worth the difference between the two cards? Any other recommendations? thanks in advance
  3. I'm upgrading my PC, and I bought 2 sticks of HyperX Fury 1866MHz CL10 RAM yesterday because it was the cheapest option, only to find out today that for the same money I could've bought a kit of 2x4GB G.skill Ripjaws CL9 1600 RAM. (My motherboard supports up to 1600 so it would have been the same, only cl9 instead of cl10). So I'm pretty upset about this. Wanted to ask you, though, do I need to be upset? Or is the performance difference between CL9 and CL10 not really noticeable? Thanks in advance
  4. I'm upgrading my PC and I don't know which option to choose. I can either buy the i5 4460 with 8GB of RAM or the 4590 but with 4GBs of RAM. I'm heading a little bit towards the 4460 but I don't know. What do you guys think? Thanks! Btw, I'm mostly playing games like CS:GO (mainly), H1Z1, DayZ, Battlefield, just shooters in general. I don't know if most of them are CPU intensive or whatnot
  5. I currently have two options: I either buy an i5-4590 with 4GBs of RAM, or a 4440 but with 8GBs of RAM. I'm not sure which one would be the best choice to get the best performance on games. I will be playing games like CSGO, H1Z1, DayZ, Battlefield, etc. thanks
  6. Yeah, I know it's supposed to move so it's adjustable, but it's kind of loose and moves to the sides too. Well, I'm glad it's not a problem, I really didn't want to return them.
  7. I don't know how to explain it, but, the aluminium thing that I marked in the picture moves inside the headband, like it's not fixed inside. I really don't know how to explain it , haha
  8. I got the HyperX Cloud just a week ago and I have a problem with it but I don't know if it was meant to be like this or not. The aluminium thing that goes into the headband kind of "dances" inside, I can move the part I marked to the sides and diagonally, and the earcup will move too. is this supposed to be like this?
  9. Why is that? if you don't mind me asking.
  10. I could buy the SRH440 too. Have you personally tried them?
  11. My environment is not exactly quiet, that's one of the things that made me lean towards the Cloud too. Aside from bass, is the sound quality in general on the 518 much better than the Clouds? If the difference is really significant I think I would choose the Sennheiser's even if they're open.
  12. If you had to decide between this two, which one would you choose? I'm going to use them for gaming, music (electronic) and watching movies. One thing I read about the HD518 is that they lack bass. Is this true?
  13. Yeah, but almost every review or opinion I've read say that they improve significantly and sound way fuller and clearier when using them with a headphone amp or a good soundcard. Here is Tek Syndicate's review on the Cloud: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeoyJBwHc3U. At the 6:00 minute mark he talks about it.
  14. I've been using the Siberia V2 for the past 3 years, but they finally died. I was just about to buy another pair since I really like them, but then I saw the HyperX Cloud. They seem to be the best for the price after all the reviews I read about them. The only problem is something almost every reviewer said: they sound muddy with an onboard soundcard and you need a headphone amp to hear them at their max potential, since they have a 60 ohms impedance. I have a really crappy motherboard (I used the Siberia v2 with their USB soundcard), so I'm not sure if I should buy the Cloud now. I don't have the money right now to buy a soundcard or an amp (these things cost a lot here in South America). What should I do? Will the Cloud sound worse than the Siberia v2 if I don't use them with a good soundcard/headphone amp?
