Metallurgico's Achievements

  1. Really nice concept case, but I think the Stacker 2 will be a better one. Also, I don't like HAF design.
  2. LG IPS231P. I've got 2 and I'm going to buy a third.
  3. I would buy from it, but as I live in Europe I couldn't
  4. Tablets and smartphones have wrong colours reproduction due to glossy panel and to non-calibrated screen. Just buy an IPS or PLS panel for best colour experience.
  5. NZXT or Corsair for the "budget" choice Lian Li or Silverstone for the pricy one.
  6. Adding an SSD is way better than buy more RAM
  7. For that price or something less you can buy the Nikon D7000 with 18-105 VR
  8. Most known european stores have them for a couple of €. They are easy to find.
  9. In most cases if you have a RAID configuration, TRIM won't work. It's better to have a single drive than 2 in RAID 0 for reliability. SSD are very fast so you don't really nead much performances.
  10. I've got 4 WD drives for 3+ years: Black, Blue, Green and a Scorpio. Never a problem!
  11. More cache is better, but HDDs are so slow it doesn't matter how MB of cache you have.
  12. Enabling AHCI while OS installed causes bad errors and blue screens. SMART is already enabled and you can read those information via software
  13. 7" for portability, 10" for home use. 7" tablets can be used easily outdoor and they are easy to carry around with you. So choose following your preferences
  14. Idle temps of liquid coolers are higher than air coolers. My i5-750 has an idle temp of 40-45 °C when OC to 3.6 GHz (2.6 stock) with an H60 because I have an high room temperature (~25 °C).
  15. Idle temps of liquid coolers are higher than air coolers. Pipes are positioned correctly, so it's not the problem. My i5-750 has an idle temp of 40-45 °C when OC to 3.6 GHz (2.6 stock) because I have an high room temperature (~25 °C).
