  1. So that's the answer? I'm outta luck and that's it?
  2. I don't want anything higher than 1080p because most of the content I'm going to be consuming will be 1080p and lower.
  3. Hi, I'm looking for the BEST(provocative caps) 1080p Monitor. It should have G-syc for gaming and nice colors for movies. Money is not a problem and my GPU is a 980 TI. Thanks in advance.
  4. Hey, I would like to revive my old PC and give her an SSD, what I would not like is purchasing another version of Windows BUT I also don't want to copy any files from the currently installed HDD, because I would like a clean, fresh start. Is there a way to accomplish this. The OS is Windows 7.
  5. Thanks! I guess Ubiquiti is the go-to solution for wifi after all.
  6. Alright, thank you so so much! I will take everything you said into consideration and think of a solution, propably buy one of these at first and see how it works out. Thanks again!
  7. Do they all work well with each other? I mean, could I just add a Lite model if the LR one doesn't cut it?
  8. You say you're getting 30Mbps, what's the speed you're paying for on paper? I'm paying for 250Mbps, and I usually get 200+ on a wired connection and anywhere between 80 and 150 on wireless. It's really really nice and I would want to have that with those APs too.
  9. Do you know the (realistic) range of these things, even when going through walls? Their range might be so much better than my router's that I could get away with only buying one.
  10. I found the UAP Lite for 90 €, which is an option now, I guess, but I'll have to buy two and only use those if I want a working roaming network, right?
  11. I'm looking for a decent 5ghz capable Access Point to work with my ubee EVW3228 router together in a roaming network. I've read that pairing two different Access Points together never results in a good roaming network, so I guess I'm willing to buy 2 APs if it really ends up not working out. My router is actually the one provided by my ISP, but it's surprisingly great, if it weren't for the fact that I have to use 5ghz which doesn't reach every room in my house. Any suggestions? PS: Ubiquiti is not an option, since the ones available on german Amazon go for € 70,00 and don't support 5ghz, and the pro ones that do cost € 140,00.
  12. I guess you're right, I'll just look for a monitor with a more consistent buyer satisfaction.
  13. All I found was this video: 20 is a small number to draw significant conclusion from, but I found it quite disturbing nontheless...
  14. I live in Austria, returning things you bought online within a month is not a problem, but from what I heard you actually have to do it a few times till you get a decent product and I would much rather just buy a different monitor, even with worse specs if it works on first buy.
