Are my motherboard SATA ports dead now?

Now it won't detect anything and I can't enter bios for some reason again. I have the black where it says insert boot device or click any button screen.

I have now changed the 1th boot drive to my ssd which is my main Windows 10 drive but whenever i try booting with the other drives in it still shows this auto repair stuff

Okay, so I have a new issue now. My motherboard is an MSI H110M pro-vh and I know that delete or F11 are the buttons that do bios and boot stuff, but after trying to boot while spamming both buttons nothing happens, it just boots into windows.

Okay, so when I unplugged the second hard drive I have which just has files on it no OS it booted, which made me confident again. I am gonna go into the bios now and change the boot drive now and try plugging in the drives one by one afterward

I updated my post. I have tried this. For some reason would not work.

I installed a new hard drive on my pc which already had windows 10 on it but needed extra space so I put in the hard disc from an older computer which had windows 8 on it. I thought I could just go into the bios and format this disc, but my bios would not open and now my pc won't boot. It tries to auto repair, but auto repair won't work. Is my pc totally broken now and do I now need to format all drives. After this, I turned off the computer and took out the hard drive with windows 8, and it still won't boot. Still auto repair.

I want to make the two empty black disc things on 130gb disc and the other the rest, but for some reason it does not work when i try it. I tried going into bios to delete the whole disc and make it new, but my bios won't open. (Edit: Sorry for taking the screenshot with Norwegian language.) I only manage to make them with one in that green shit and the other one not.

I had too reinstall windows since i first installed pro but after i while i discovered that to me it was definetly not worth twice the prize, but now that have deleted everyting on the computer and made a usb stick boot device. i put it and nbothing happens i try many times without luck. and i try to go in to bios multiple times until it finally worked then tried to change first boot device to usb stick. it worked but after the installation of it was done and the blue windows logo and loading screen came it stopped and went to the start i tried multiple times to install it again and again and nothing else happend. I try to make a usb 2.0 stick to boot device and tried to boot with it but now it is not even detected i have tried all usb ports on the computer and nothing works. Please help how can i get my computer to work again i want to install windows 10 home. Sorry for my bad english, english is not my mother language
