  1. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-BRONZE-Warranty-Tester-100-B1-0500-KR/dp/B00DZ6R9GE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471908421&sr=8-1&keywords=evga+bronze+500w By the way, you could get much better CPU performance by buying an MSI z170-a motherboard, a hyper 212 evo, and an i5 6600k.
  2. I believe NCIX will build a computer for $50 if you buy all the parts from their site.
  3. Yep, that's way too high. You're almost certainly thermal throttling. You must have installed the cooler incorrectly.
  4. Sounds like thermal throttling. Are you sure you applied the thermal paste correctly?
  5. Programming generally requires a mathematical thought process, as computers cannot think abstractly. That said, you're not going to directly apply advanced mathematical concepts unless you write gpu drivers etc.
  6. That is overkill for cs:go and minecraft. You would probably benefit more from an ssd than an i5 6600.
  7. All desktop i7's have 4 physical cores and 8 logical threads. This one is no exception: http://ark.intel.com/products/63698/Intel-Core-i7-3820-Processor-10M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz However, there is a mobile 3rd gen i7 CPU that actually matches CPU-Z: http://ark.intel.com/products/64893/Intel-Core-i7-3520M-Processor-4M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz
  8. Installing a custom bios will void your warranty. You shouldn't attempt it unless you know what you're doing. The performance gains from overvolting are minimal compared to the risk of breaking your card.
  9. They are both legit, however there is a small chance that you will not get a working key. I would recommend kinguin for their guarantee. You need to download windows 10 from microsoft and turn it into a bootable usb. There are many online tutorials about this.
  10. I don't think nvidia unlocked overvolting in the stock bios, you just max out the power target and overclock from there. In case you were wondering, Strix OC doen't unlock it either. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
  11. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353050 Get something like this. Save the money by buying windows off g2a or something.
  12. I don't know about android, but with iphones as long as you don't unlock your phone it's impossible for them to get anything off it. Either way, it should give you a "trust this computer" message before you're phone gives up any data. You should be a lot more paranoid about the magnetic strip on your credit card IMO.
  13. You should only be overclocking with your bios. Use a program such as HWMonitor along with prime95 to stress test your cpu.
