    I'd go with 1060. 390X is about 2 years old and eats more power than a NY cop donuts. 1060, in my opinion, is generally a glorified 970 (It's not a bad thing). It's not an old architecture, has half the TDP of 390X and you get Shadowplay, better driver support (AMD is getting there, slowly). I have 280 which is a generation older than 390X. These old AMD cards are loud.
