OK so this is a new build
CPU: AMD A-8 5600k
MB: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
RAM: 2x4gb Corsair XMS3 1333MHz
PSU: Antec 450W Continuos power
OS:Windows 8 :(
So when I put it together outside of the case it would power on but not POST, I got it POSTing with BIOS access by powering on with only one stick of memory in the first DIMM.
So heres the problem ive changed the boot order so only the HD is on the list ive put the boot mode to UEFI+Legacy but none of it worked it dosent boot from the HD and ill i get is this on the screen

I dont know what to do from here if anyone could help me to get it to boot from the HD and be able to power on and boot from HD with both memory sticks in that would be great.
