The Blade thermal throttles like hell and has some of the worst QC I have ever seen, intel HD is shit for gaming, the macbook is also shit for gaming and only has very very few games

I used to only consider buying an iPhone but now they aren't changing what needs to and are going backwards. Make the battery bigger! What do they do. Say people wanted thinner phones so now the phone bends and lasts 2 hours. You like music? Well we took away your connector. You want a new look? Too bad? iTunes needs a complete rewrite? Who cares. Mac Pros are 3+ years out of date? Doesn't matter we make more money on iPhones. Apple is gone and they are not getting anymore money from me.

In your use case, you will always struggle with software on mac... only a few programs in that specific directions support both mac and windows, and you can get way more power in a windows laptop than in a mac. Plus you might be able to upgrade the windows laptop (ram, storage) which would not work that easy on a mac. the XPS looks good, but is not a good performer per $ IMO. the 7559 is pretty decent, a friend of mine has one and he's pretty happy with it.

A PC. unless you have some other reason of why you cant get a PC. Laptop wise i would say a Dell 7559 would be the best for the money.
