Well if it's still making weird noises, backup everything you need if you can or just anything that's important. Just in case anything is a current hardware problem that SMART isn't picking up on so be careful with that green.

That's just read/write speeds. you need to get the smart data from crystaldiskinfo like this I BLACKED IT OUT BECAUSE IM SCARED OF HACKERS (Not really).

no, that's not how it would work, I would disable the Integrated graphics if you have an external GPU.
