Yes, that cable set is specific for the EVGA series of PSU's. It has 2 6+2 pin PCI-E connectors, and your GPU only needs one 6+2 to be powered. You will need to use the black cables for SATA power since this particular kit does not include those cables, but your PSU will have all those cables already. 
 
Here's what the mod-mesh set looks like for the EVGA series in blue (same PSU, same 8pin required for the GPU)

Thanks for the tips, I don't want to spend to much on the PSU but il probably get something better. Im upgrading the PSU because mine currently isn't modular and I want some nice cablemod cables. It's pretty much an aesthetic upgrade

If your fine with spending 15 dollars more 2 4GB sticks wouldn't be a bad idea. Also the RX 460 Is a great card for lighter games, the most intense game I play right now is Subnautica (Due to a lack of money) and the 460 hovers around 50 fps on high.
 
I would be using the 1070 with my 6600k if it wasnt over 600$ in canada

Right now I have it at 4.1Ghz at 1.2 volts. It works in stress tests running at around 40C-50C Im going to trying playing and hope it doesn't crash
