I have diagnosed GAD. What i usually do in during a panic attack is try to rationalize. What i do is try to think of the odds. Like for instance i'll go through things in my heads. For example i'm driving down the highway, how high are the odds that i'll die in a car crash? Slim to none right? So think of it like that maybe. Think to yourself what are the actual odds of you dying in a dark room? Highly slim to none. Just take a deep breathe. It'll pass.

If you look at the last time our dollar took a tumble. I doubt it's going to come back before the video card you're looking at will be obsolete. I'd suggest just sucking it up. It is what it is and there's nothing you or I can do about it. 

The Canadian dollar is also very weak right now. As well us Canadians have always had higher prices.

Trying to catch up? Apple has the most used and most profitable media service on the planet. Apple is ahead of the curve in most marketing aspects of business out there. Maybe I'll get another 980 when the price drops, they are very expensive right now. A 4K monitor would be glorious too! Out of my budget right now though.
