I need a laptop for schoolwork, and am not willing to spend over $700 on one, even preferably less than that. Anything good bang for the buck around 6-7 hundred USD I can get one for? I don't need a dedicated GPU, and I would like to have a 1TB hard drive and a 1080p 15ish" screen. A smaller figure would be nice. Thanks!

Whenever I am in skype call my blue snowball microphone turns itself down whenever I make noise. The more noise I make the more the levels turn down, and this only happens in skype calls.

So I want to make my PC near silent at idle, and I know that by adjusting fan curves I can do that. But, if I set my case fans to not kick in until ~45C will anything bad happen? I also and using a Corsair h100i v2 water cooler for my cpu, so I turn the fans off for it (at idle) will things go badly? I also have a reference GTX 970, so can I turn the fans off (again at idle) and nothing bad will happen? Thanks.

I have a 4790k with a GTX 970 in a pcie x16 slot, and my cpu only has 16 supported slots, so can I expand to get a bluetooth/wifi card in my system? I also have an m.2 slot and I have heard things about bluetooth and wifi cards for those. Edit: I have an ASrock extreme4 edition mobo
