  1. Wait, so other than the keycaps and no RGB there are no differences?
  2. Thanks for the information, and yes I did also post this on reddit; just trying to get as many peoples views as I can. I really do like the CM, but the LED's are really pulling me into the Strafe. And I know that's not a very good reason to buy a keyboard, but it's very tempting to me.
  3. I can't decide between these two keyboards. They a currently the same price, making the decision even harder. I like the (mostly) better build quality and standard key layout of the Pro L, but I really like the RGB customization and USB passthrough on the Strafe. Which one should I go for?
  4. I was looking at Phanteks PH-F120MP or Noctuas NF-F12. Would those be suitable? Which would you choose?
  5. I recently bought an H60 (which I somewhat regret buying) for my 6700K and while it works okay, it's just a little off of the performance I was looking for. I have my 6700K OC'd to 4.6Ghz on 1.36V. On Prime95 26.6 (Small FFTs) I'm getting around high 70s, low 80s (celcius). I wouldn't call those temps awful, but I'd like them to cool down a bit (preferably staying under 80C). If I got a better fan would that help? While I'd like to get two for push/pull, I can really only fit one on the radiator because of my case (but I currently have the rad in the front for the coldest air). I'm not too worried about the noise level, as I'm looking for a bigger boost in temperatures. Any fan recommendations would be great! Another note: My idle temps are fine (between 25C-34C). Another note: The voltage is already as low as I can get it while staying stable.
  6. Good point. Not sure if I'd like to wait that long, so I guess I'll just get the best thing I can right now.
  7. Well obviously; you've had the same computer for 8 years! But in all seriousness, now that I have the cash for a pretty decent build I just want to go ahead and spend it. I'll consider holding off, but I might buy some parts I'm already set on (Basically only GPU and PSU), like you said.
  8. I'm aware that AMD never said that, but I saw a few benchmarks (obviously not real ones) that showed it being around 980 performance.
  9. I thought Zen was Q4 2016? Some people said around October. If if wasn't until 2017, then I definitely wouldn't be waiting that long.
  10. Lets just hope that it's not another RX 480 situation where it was rumored to be as good as a 980 and now that it's released is barely as good as a 970 (if not worse).
  11. As much as I'd like to want to wait, I was hoping to get a new PC before the end of the summer. Like I said, I've been using my current one for a while (the last couple of years) and it's been really lacking lately (FX-6300, Hd7850 (1GB). They were already sort of old parts at the time, and now they are really falling behind. I don't need a better PC by the end of the summer, but getting one soon would be better.
  12. I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard and CPU, and I'm having trouble deciding between getting a 6600K and a Z170 board, or waiting for AMD's Zen. I've been in need of a new PC for a while, and while I could hold off and wait a couple months, I'd much rather upgrade soon. I just don't want to upgrade now, and then regret it once something better for around the same price comes around. Any suggestions or useful information would be appreciated.
