I have this weird situation which is happening on my new PC as well as my old PC. I havent installed anything new since this happened but what happens is chrome freezes suddenly when opening new tabs, and then will load the page quickly. I could have two tabs open, open 2 more, and the 3rd and 4th would lag opening, or closing a certain tab there would be a freeze of 1-2 seconds and it would lag quite a bit. Trying to provide examples here if anyone has experienced it... with my 5.1 (analog, not stereo) roccat kave's i could pinpoint every shot to the degree. thats why.

Razer surround did not work still, could not pinpoint shots and still had to adjust my head...

Hi, I play a lot of Arma and knowing where shots are coming from is key. I had a 5.1 headset and could pinpoint all shots, however upgrading to a decent set of headphones (Sennheiser HD 598s) I could not pinpoint any shots and had to move my head a lot to adjust to it. What do I need? A 5.1 soundcard? 7.1? Any recommendations appreciated.

turning the windows level to 100 makes it distorted, tons of background noise. my point is, my friend has his gain to 0 on the yeti itself and in windows level 10. (windows 7) my yeti gain level is 1/4 of the way up and windows level on 60 just to barely hear me. (windows 8.1)

Recording devices on window as in? (this? http://puu.sh/6YNgr.png) and master volume as in? Just to clarify... I can be heard fine on the yeti, but I want it to be louder so it can be further away from my face and the gain doesn't have to be upped as much on the actual yeti.

Hi, I have tried and testing 2 USB microphones recently, the blue yeti and the Samson CO1U. They are both extremely quiet unless they are right next to my face and the levels + gain are turned up. My friend has a blue yeti and is on windows 7. He can be heard fine 5 inches away from the mic with a windows volume level of 10 with the gain on the mic turned all the way down to 0. On the other hand, my volume level is 60 and the gain is turned up about a quarter of the way just to hear me OK, a little quiet however. I'm on windows 8.1, hes on 7. The Samson CO1U was unbearably quiet.. Could I be missing certain drivers or software? Any help appreciated.

I wish fractal sold side panel's with bigger windows like that, very nice build, you are extremely talented at building PCs lol.

That was a bad audio quality test tbh...with the background noise, can sound way better than that.

both my yeti and CO1U should not be at a level where i have to put the microphone in my mouth to hear me. googling showed me my boost may be low...however can't find it.

Hi, on my PC I am missing the microphone boost option.. My microphone is extremely low and there is no microphone boost option. There should be a boost slider underneath the volume? Am I missing drivers or? Any help appreciated

or 1x display and 2xdvi ...(my original theory) - i'm asking if that'll work?

Hi, I'm going to be using my gtx 780 to have 3 monitors, 1 for gaming and the rest for web browsing etc. Currently i'm using 2 DVI ports, 1 for my 120hz monitor and 1 for a 60hz monitor. I have a BENQ XL2411T (120hz), can I use display port on that monitor and then for the other 2 DVI? Any help appreciated, thanks
