    No, both the motherboard and CPU do not support overclocking. You'll need a K-series CPU, a Z170 motherboard and a decent aftermarket cooler to do so.
     
    The word 'unlocked' usually means an overclockable CPU so I found it strange for it to be featured on the i5 6500's box when it's a 'locked' CPU.

    I'd change everything on that build. You can definitely go Skylake with DDR4 RAM for a few more bucks. Drop the CPU to a i5 6400 and get the 4GB variant of the R9 380; 2GB isn't enough nowadays.
     
    The SSD is crap, grab an A-data SP550 instead. I'd also get a WD Caviar Blue 1TB rather than Purple.

    What is your CPU? Regardless I don't think the board supports OC. You'll need to get a Z model.

    I have a GTX 960 and I love it. Nearly every game runs on Ultra on 60fps. I can recommend the Gigabyte Windforce one. I don't know the exact price, but the G1 from Gigabyte is the best for your money.
