  1. Well there still are some. And I'm tired of looking for good music on YouTube I'm living in Germany, still I could access other countries TV cannels. And livestreams are often worldwide (I think)
  2. There may be good headsets, but still getting a modmic and headphones is still better imo also if you want more bang for the buck you can buy a cheap mic for ca. 5-10€ on amazon. That may not have the sound quality and nice cable management of a modmic, but for 5-10€ you cannot complain ^^ my friends never had problems understanding me with this one https://www.amazon.de/Speedlink-Ansteckmikrofon-abnehmbaren-rauschunterdrückend-schwarz/dp/B004YEWC22/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471637792&sr=8-1&keywords=speedlink+ansteckmikrofon (sorry for the german link )
  3. Do you guys any know nice TV-stations that play music only (concerts would be really sexy)? Maybe even with an internet-livestream?
  4. OK. So modular basically means that you can attach just the cables you want and can swap out the cables. Like this for example: Semi modular has cables like ATX and so on built in Yours is not modular. That means that a PSU cover (like the one in the NOX case) would be nice so that you can hide all the cables you don't need
  5. Do you have a modular or semi-modular PSU?
  6. Just from the looks I'd take the Nox one. However, I heard that Zalman makes pretty nice budget cases.
  7. Usually you can choose what connector you want to use. They do this because some (or rather most) people hate molex, but also some low-end mobos don't have many fan connectors. So both should work fine for you, just use the one that makes less work
  8. I don't know if this is the right community to ask this question, but I always got good answers here, so why not this time? (btw if you know another nice audio forum just let me know) So I am planning on building my own desktop speakers, but don't know which design is best. My max. budget is 600€. The speakers should have no rear-facing bass reflex openings, since the back of the speakers will face corners... Both passive and active speakers are fine, since I already have an AMP for my current speakers (maybe not the greatest but I will work out for now). I was told that the Seas Idunn are pretty nice, but I thought you may have some others to consider I live in Germany so if you already know where to buy speaker parts here it would be great if you let me know, since I cannot find anything that looks legit Other pre-built speakers that are not overpriced are also welcome Already a huge Thank you!
  9. With my old cooler I had it running at over 70°C and it never crashed...
  10. Temps were at 57°C on the socket, so not too crazy. AMD officially supports up to 62°C... VRM's could technically be overheating since it's an Fx-chipset. However, I'm using a M5a99x board that was not really that cheap (130€. I know it's far from high-end, but also definitly not low-end). Also decent airflow it provided. I personally think it's my PSU, since the voltage it provides throttels a lot... Could that be the problem?
  11. According to this the CPU is on the 12V rail, right? Or am I completely retarded?
  12. First the rig I overclocked with: AMD FX-8350 BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 Corsair VS 650 (I know I have to replace it asap) Corsair Carbide 200r I know this rig is far from perfect for it's price, so don't tell my what I should have bought instead, please So I overclocked my FX-8350 for the first time today and I was wondering about a thing: Is it normal that the clock goes down for a short moment when using prime95? (eg. from 4.5 ghz to 1.6 ghz) And if not: It it that bad?
  13. I was wondering today why a CPU has a 12V input, while using ca. 1.3V-1.4V. Wouldn't it be enough to have a 5V input or even less? Also it would be easier to cool the voltage converters (is this the right english word lol?), wouldn't it?
  14. Then go with the Hyper 212 EVO already mentioned earlier
  15. It is, however it is extremely hard to find white pcb's. Also in your finished build it will mostly appear as white since the cooolers are white. Still imo the sabretooth S looks really sexy so stick with it
  16. This seems to be the first build ever on this forum where I have nothing to complain about
  17. No problem A little tip for the forum in the end: You can use the quote button under every post so the writer of the original post gets a notification
  18. Just look for a local hardware store in your city. Google for it or maybe ask some friends. Still why don't you upgrade it yourself? Go watch some LinusTechTips videos and I bet you will be able to swap out the GPU or replace fans easily. If you never try it you will never learn it. My first gaming PC was also prebuilt but I was really much into PC's so I watched a ton of videos about it and learned a lot from it and now I'm able to build a PC on my own. But just like you I started with some upgrades and the GPU is a good place to start since it is usually pretty easy. If you need help you can still go to a hardware store.
  19. I could guess it was prebuilt when I saw the mobo and PSU So if you want to upgrade in the future to make your PC more quiet I recommend getting a Sapphire Nitro RX 480. If not you could technically go with the reference design or any cheaper model, what will be a lot hotter, louder and have a lower base clock what leads to slightly less fps.
